【摘要】:交通運(yùn)輸是生產(chǎn)要素及產(chǎn)品等空間位移得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要載體,相對完善的交通運(yùn)輸體系能夠促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系,提升區(qū)域集聚作用,增強(qiáng)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,提高區(qū)域的開放程度。交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)對區(qū)域內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)以及空間布局有著反饋和引導(dǎo)的作用,誘導(dǎo)交通優(yōu)勢能夠成為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢促進(jìn)地區(qū)發(fā)展。本文以蘭新高鐵為例,對比分析高鐵通車前后沿線城市相對影響力及可達(dá)性的變化情況,并進(jìn)一步確定城市場的強(qiáng)度及范圍。首先,借鑒國內(nèi)外已有的研究成果和理論,對交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及高速鐵路建設(shè)與節(jié)點(diǎn)城市發(fā)展的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行梳理和闡述,明確了本文研究的切入點(diǎn),從而建立了對本文定性分析的邏輯框架。然后,進(jìn)行高鐵的建設(shè)運(yùn)營對沿線節(jié)點(diǎn)城市產(chǎn)生聚散效應(yīng)的理論分析,從不同角度出發(fā),多方面參照各種影響因素對高鐵在城市發(fā)展中產(chǎn)生的效應(yīng)、聚散的方式以及聚散的時空特性進(jìn)行定性分析,提出集聚與擴(kuò)散雖相互對立但始終并存,二者在不同社會發(fā)展階段中發(fā)揮不同作用。其次,通過借鑒物理學(xué)中“場”的思想,建立了改進(jìn)場模型。對高鐵沿線節(jié)點(diǎn)城市的影響力指數(shù)的測算,選取了7個大方面15個指標(biāo)形成指標(biāo)體系,采用熵值法確認(rèn)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,然后計算出影響力指數(shù)。選取基于交通時間成本的測度方法,以GIS技術(shù)為實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,確定節(jié)點(diǎn)城市可達(dá)性的強(qiáng)度。在對城市影響力指數(shù)構(gòu)建和區(qū)域可達(dá)性進(jìn)行測算的基礎(chǔ)上完成對傳統(tǒng)場模型的改進(jìn)。最后,以蘭新高鐵為具體研究實(shí)例,分析了蘭新高鐵的線路情況、建設(shè)意義及必要性,選取2008年和2015年為時間斷面,選取蘭新高鐵沿線7個人口較多的地級市作為研究節(jié)點(diǎn)城市,運(yùn)用建立的改進(jìn)場模型,基于熵值法確認(rèn)各年份各節(jié)點(diǎn)城市影響力指數(shù),以ArcGIS軟件為平臺,測算節(jié)點(diǎn)城市可達(dá)性,進(jìn)而得到各城市場強(qiáng)變化情況,并對研究區(qū)域內(nèi)各城市的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和演變格局進(jìn)行分析。本文基于對GIS平臺的綜合運(yùn)用測度蘭新高鐵沿線節(jié)點(diǎn)城市聚散效應(yīng),方法簡單、可操作性強(qiáng)、結(jié)果直觀。充分考慮到城市自身的綜合規(guī)模與城市可達(dá)性對節(jié)點(diǎn)城市聚散效應(yīng)的雙重影響,與城市發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況較為貼合,較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了高速鐵路對節(jié)點(diǎn)城市聚散效應(yīng)的定量分析。
[Abstract]:Transportation is the main carrier for the realization of spatial displacement such as production factors and products. A relatively perfect transportation system can promote regional economic ties, enhance regional agglomeration, enhance scale economic benefits, and improve the degree of regional openness. The construction of transportation infrastructure has the function of feedback and guidance to the scale, structure and spatial distribution of the regional economy, and inducing the traffic advantage can become the economic advantage to promote the development of the region. Taking Lanxin high-speed railway as an example, this paper compares and analyzes the changes of relative influence and accessibility of cities along the route before and after the opening of high-speed rail, and further determines the intensity and scope of the city market. First of all, referring to the existing research results and theories at home and abroad, the relationship between traffic infrastructure and high-speed railway construction and the development of node cities is combed and expounded, and the breakthrough point of this study is clarified. Thus, the logical framework of qualitative analysis is established. Then, the construction and operation of high-speed rail to the urban node along the theoretical analysis of the convergence effect, from different angles, many aspects of the various factors affecting the high-speed rail in urban development effects, Based on the qualitative analysis of the ways of aggregation and the space-time characteristics of aggregation, it is proposed that the two play different roles in different stages of social development, although they are opposite to each other but coexist all the time. Secondly, an improved field model is established by referring to the idea of "field" in physics. According to the calculation of the influence index of the cities with nodes along the high-speed rail line, 15 indexes in 7 major areas are selected to form an index system, and the entropy method is used to confirm the weight of each index, and then the influence index is calculated. Based on the measurement method of transportation time cost, the intensity of reachability of node cities is determined by GIS technology. Based on the measurement of urban influence index and regional accessibility, the traditional field model is improved. Finally, taking Lanxin high-speed railway as a concrete research example, this paper analyzes the line situation, construction significance and necessity of Lanxin high-speed railway, and selects 2008 and 2015 as time section. Seven prefecture-level cities with large population along Lanxin high-speed railway line are selected as the research node cities. The improved field model is used to determine the influence index of each node city in each year based on entropy method. The accessibility of node cities is calculated on the platform of ArcGIS software. Then the change of field strength of each city is obtained, and the development situation and evolution pattern of each city in the study area are analyzed. Based on the comprehensive application of GIS platform, this paper measures the effect of urban convergence along Lanxin high-speed rail line. The method is simple, operable, and the result is intuitionistic. Considering the dual influence of the comprehensive scale of the city itself and the accessibility of the city on the urban convergence and dispersion effect of the node city, and in accordance with the actual situation of the urban development, the quantitative analysis of the effect of high-speed railway on the node city convergence effect is well realized.
