大連港集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化與箱量提升策略研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),盡管大連港的集裝箱吞吐量迅速增加,但是與珠三角和長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)的港口相比,大連港的集裝箱運(yùn)輸總量仍然存在較大差距。究其原因,主要是目前大連港腹地集裝箱貨源不充分,為數(shù)不多的集裝箱為大連港和營(yíng)口港兩個(gè)港口所瓜分,不能集中到大連港。而且由于與營(yíng)口港相比,大連港具有陸上運(yùn)輸距離長(zhǎng)、費(fèi)用高的劣勢(shì),被分流的集裝箱貨源逐漸呈上升的趨勢(shì)。因此,如何完善大連港的集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)、加強(qiáng)港口與腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的互動(dòng)、提升大連港口集裝箱吞吐量等是大連港面臨的重要問(wèn)題。尤其是如何增加集裝箱貨源,完成省委省政府提出的到2015年實(shí)現(xiàn)1000萬(wàn)TEU的集裝箱吞吐量任務(wù)是急需解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。因此研究大連港的集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化與集裝箱吞吐量提升策略具有重要的實(shí)際意義與價(jià)值。 本論文以大連港集裝箱量為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)采用理論研究、模型開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用研究相結(jié)合的方法,研究大連港集裝箱運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化與集裝箱吞吐量提升問(wèn)題。文章首先利用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、交通區(qū)位理論、綜合交通規(guī)劃理論分析區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)遼寧沿海港口的影響;隨后利用因子分析法,分析影響貨主港口選擇策略的因素,找出影響大連港集裝箱吞吐量的關(guān)鍵因素;在此之后,本文收集了遼寧沿海港口以及其對(duì)應(yīng)腹地的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并建立了雙層規(guī)劃模型以及航線靈敏度分析模型,通過(guò)運(yùn)用SPSS、Matlab2010以及Excel等軟件進(jìn)行求解:最后結(jié)合大連港實(shí)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境以及經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,本文得出提高大連港的集裝箱運(yùn)量的政策和措施,為大連港運(yùn)營(yíng)決策者提供有理論性的指導(dǎo)參考與有價(jià)值的決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, although the container throughput of Dalian Port increases rapidly, compared with the ports in the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta, there is still a big gap between the total container transport volume of Dalian Port and that of the Yangtze River Delta region. The main reason is that the container supply in the hinterland of Dalian Port is not enough at present. The few containers are divided up between Dalian Port and Yingkou Port and can not be concentrated in Dalian Port. Compared with Yingkou Port, Dalian Port has the disadvantage of long distance on land transportation and high cost. Therefore, how to improve the container transport network of Dalian Port, strengthen the interaction between port and hinterland economy, and improve the container throughput of Dalian Port are the important problems faced by Dalian Port. In particular, how to increase container supply and accomplish the task of realizing 10 million TEU container throughput by 2015 proposed by provincial government is a key problem that needs to be solved urgently. Therefore, it is of great practical significance and value to study the optimization of container transportation network and the strategy of container throughput improvement in Dalian Port. In this paper, the container volume of Dalian Port is taken as the research object, and the optimization of container transportation system and the improvement of container throughput of Dalian Port are studied by the method of combining theoretical research, model development and application research. This paper first analyzes the impact of regional economic development on the coastal ports of Liaoning by using regional economics, traffic location theory and comprehensive traffic planning theory, and then analyzes the factors that affect the choice of ports by means of factor analysis. After finding out the key factors affecting the container throughput of Dalian Port, this paper collects the relevant data of Liaoning coastal port and its corresponding hinterland, and establishes a bilevel programming model and a route sensitivity analysis model. Through the use of SPSS Matlab 2010 and Excel software to solve the problem: finally, combined with the actual competition environment and economic environment of Dalian Port, this paper draws the policy and measures to increase the container volume of Dalian Port. It provides a theoretical reference and a valuable basis for the decision makers of Dalian Port operation.
