【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代社會的信息技術(shù)開速發(fā)展,信息化項(xiàng)目建設(shè)越來越多,但伴隨著項(xiàng)目的日益增加,出現(xiàn)問題的概率越來越大。在信息化項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)中,項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對項(xiàng)目成功與否影響很大,我國很多學(xué)者對項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行了研究,但是結(jié)合實(shí)際的效果應(yīng)用并不明顯,如何妥善處理信息化項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理的一個難題。作者在其單位參與了一個信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),借此機(jī)會,對項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行了研究。 本論文從項(xiàng)目管理的基本理論出發(fā),通過對項(xiàng)目管理、信息化項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究學(xué)習(xí),從項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來源著手,對項(xiàng)目管理中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基本管理過程提出了管理辦法。論文在第一部分主要介紹了項(xiàng)目管理、信息化項(xiàng)目、信息化項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論,為文章論述奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分以西部機(jī)場集團(tuán)管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)為案例,介紹了西部機(jī)場集團(tuán)信息化現(xiàn)狀以及管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)情況,對項(xiàng)目采取的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施進(jìn)行整理總結(jié),從而找出管理信息系統(tǒng)在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面存在的問題,并對問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行研究分析。第三部分針對管理信息系統(tǒng)的不足之處,從項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的規(guī)劃、識別、分析、應(yīng)對和監(jiān)控的角度,設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理優(yōu)化方案。第四部分從團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、組織機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理素質(zhì)、合同管理機(jī)制和項(xiàng)目培訓(xùn)等方面,提出管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理優(yōu)化保障措施。 作者認(rèn)為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是信息化項(xiàng)目管理的重要部分,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的成功與否直接影響著項(xiàng)目的成功與失敗。項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理應(yīng)從項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來源的角度,在項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的規(guī)劃、識別、分析、應(yīng)對和監(jiān)控過程中提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology in modern society, more and more information projects are built, but with the increasing number of projects, the probability of problems is increasing. In the construction of the information project, the risk management of the project has a great impact on the success of the project. Many scholars in our country have studied the risk management of the project, but the application of the project risk management combined with the actual effect is not obvious. How to deal with the risk management of information project is a difficult problem in modern project management. The author took part in the construction of an information system in his unit and took this opportunity to study the risk management of the project. This paper starts from the basic theory of project management, through the study of project management, information project management and project risk management, starting from the source of project risk. The basic management process of risk management in project management is put forward. The first part of the paper mainly introduces the related theories of project management, information project and information project risk management, which lays a theoretical foundation for the article. The second part takes the west airport group management information system construction as the example, introduces the western airport group informationization present situation and the management information system construction situation, carries on the summary to the project to take the risk prevention measure. In order to find out the risk management problems in the management information system, and analyze the causes of the problems. The third part aims at the deficiency of the management information system, designs the optimization scheme of the risk management from the angle of planning, identifying, analyzing, coping and monitoring of the project risk management. The fourth part puts forward the risk management optimization measures in the construction of management information system from the aspects of team building, organization setting, project manager quality, contract management mechanism and project training. The author thinks that risk management is an important part of information project management, and the success or failure of risk management directly affects the success and failure of the project. Project risk management should improve the ability of risk management in the process of project risk planning, identification, analysis, response and monitoring from the point of view of project risk source.
