基于船舶配載圖的集裝箱裝船順序優(yōu)化模型與算法研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代化的集裝箱運(yùn)輸方式已經(jīng)遍及全世界。各國(guó)都把集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展水平作為衡量該國(guó)現(xiàn)代化運(yùn)輸進(jìn)程的重要指標(biāo)。集裝箱堆場(chǎng)作為集裝箱運(yùn)輸中非常重要的一部分,在海運(yùn)事業(yè)的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,但是在出口集裝箱堆場(chǎng)中,存在著大量的翻倒箱作業(yè),這種作業(yè)不僅增加了堆場(chǎng)作業(yè)的操作量,而且還會(huì)對(duì)集裝箱堆場(chǎng)的作業(yè)效率產(chǎn)生極大的影響。因此各個(gè)碼頭堆場(chǎng)都把重點(diǎn)放在了如何減少堆場(chǎng)倒箱率,從而提高堆場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文結(jié)合集裝箱碼頭實(shí)際作業(yè)狀況深入分析了堆場(chǎng)集裝箱產(chǎn)生倒箱的主要原因以及控制方法。文中在給定集裝箱裝船配載圖的情況下,基于已知的堆場(chǎng)堆存狀態(tài),建立了以最小倒箱量為目標(biāo)的提箱裝船順序模型,并分別在最矮棧、鄰近棧和優(yōu)化棧倒箱原則下,設(shè)計(jì)了啟發(fā)式算法對(duì)集裝箱提箱裝船順序進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最后用算例驗(yàn)證了算法的可行性和有效性。 本文研究結(jié)果表明:基于已知的集裝箱船舶配載圖,啟發(fā)式算法能夠在分別遵循最矮棧、鄰近棧以及優(yōu)化棧倒箱原則下,求得優(yōu)化的裝船順序,使得集裝箱倒箱量最小,而通過比較分析發(fā)現(xiàn),按優(yōu)化棧倒箱原則可以獲得比另外兩個(gè)倒箱原則更優(yōu)化的裝船順序,同時(shí)按最矮棧倒箱原則往往比按鄰近棧倒箱原則下得到的結(jié)果更優(yōu)。本文的研究成果能夠?yàn)榧b箱碼頭裝船作業(yè)提供決策依據(jù),從而在提高碼頭堆場(chǎng)利用率和降低碼頭生產(chǎn)成本的前提下實(shí)現(xiàn)快速、高效裝船。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, modern container transportation has spread all over the world. Every country regards the development level of container transportation as an important index to measure the modernization of transportation in our country. As a very important part of container transportation, container yard plays a more and more important role in the development of shipping industry, but in export container yard, there are a large number of overturned container operations. This kind of operation not only increases the operation quantity of yard, but also has a great influence on the efficiency of container yard. Therefore, the emphasis of each dock yard is on how to reduce the loading rate of the yard so as to improve the competitive advantage of the yard. Combined with the actual operation of container terminal, this paper analyzes the main reasons and control methods of container pouring in yard. In this paper, a container loading sequence model is established based on the known stacking state of the storage yard under the condition of given container loading and stowage diagram, and under the principle of the lowest stack, the nearest stack and the optimized stack, respectively, the order model of container loading is established with the minimum inverted container quantity as the target. A heuristic algorithm is designed to optimize the loading sequence of container. Finally, an example is given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm. The results show that based on the known stowage diagram of container ships, the heuristic algorithm can obtain the optimal loading sequence under the principle of the shortest stack, the nearest stack and the optimized stack pour box, so as to minimize the container loading volume. By comparison and analysis, it is found that the loading order is more optimized than the other two principles according to the optimized stack inversion principle, and the results obtained by the shortest stack inversion principle are often better than those obtained under the adjacent stack inversion principle. The research results of this paper can provide the decision basis for container terminal loading operation, thus realize fast and efficient loading under the premise of improving the utilization ratio of terminal yard and reducing the production cost of terminal.
