【摘要】：近年來由于油價的快速上漲,航空公司的成本不斷上升,獲利空間不斷受到壓縮,因此未來航空公司除了節(jié)流減少不必要成本支出外,更需不斷開源拓展新業(yè)務(wù)。 由于中國在經(jīng)濟(jì)上的快速成長,GDP平均增長超過8%,人均所得每年也穩(wěn)定增長,造就出許多千萬級以上富豪,其中所得的增長更體現(xiàn)在中國富有階級在高端奢侈品上的消費,影響了全球奢侈品市場的東移中國。 本論文針對航空公司提出新的商業(yè)模式,希望結(jié)合航空公司既有的免稅品銷售經(jīng)驗與中國奢侈品市場的增長因素,進(jìn)行服務(wù)創(chuàng)新,再藉由此商業(yè)模式幫助航空公司進(jìn)軍中國奢侈品市場,并且賺取利潤。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the rapid rise in oil prices, the cost of airlines is constantly rising, and the profit margins are constantly compressed. Therefore, in addition to reducing unnecessary costs and expenses, airlines in the future need to continue to open source and expand new businesses. Since China's rapid economic growth has averaged more than 8% of GDP, per capita income has also steadily increased every year, creating many millionaires and more than 10 million, among which the growth of income is reflected in the consumption of high-end luxury goods by the rich class in China. Affected the global luxury goods market eastward move to China. This paper proposes a new business model for airlines, hoping to innovate service by combining the existing experience of duty-free sales and the growth factors of Chinese luxury goods market. This business model also helps airlines enter the Chinese luxury market and make profits.
