錦州港褐煤中轉(zhuǎn)交易發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:錦州港是遼寧西部,吉林、黑龍江兩省中西部、內(nèi)蒙東部、華北北部乃至蒙古國、俄羅斯西伯利亞地區(qū)最便捷的出海口和我國北方褐煤南運的中轉(zhuǎn)站點,是中國褐煤最重要的物流節(jié)點,被稱為“中國褐煤第一中轉(zhuǎn)港”。近期,錦州港的褐煤下水量大幅上漲,因此,對錦州港褐煤中轉(zhuǎn)問題進行研究成為一個重要的課題。 本文首先從介紹錦州港內(nèi)部環(huán)境和錦州港褐煤中轉(zhuǎn)交易現(xiàn)狀入手,在此基礎(chǔ)上著重分析了目前錦州港褐煤中轉(zhuǎn)交易的供需情況。收集近幾年的錦州港煤炭吞吐量的數(shù)據(jù),利用三次指數(shù)平滑法進行預(yù)測,得出未來兩年錦州港的煤炭吞吐量呈上升趨勢。 其次,對錦州港褐煤中轉(zhuǎn)交易的外部環(huán)境進行分析研究,運用SWOT分析法對其發(fā)展形勢進行分析。 再次,對錦州港構(gòu)建褐煤中轉(zhuǎn)電子交易平臺進行了研究,分析了其重要性及褐煤中轉(zhuǎn)電子交易平臺的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)過程。 最后,基于以上所有分析,提出錦州港褐煤中轉(zhuǎn)交易發(fā)展的對策。針對錦州港褐煤中轉(zhuǎn)交易中還存在的問題,提出了提高場地利用率,褐煤有效分流,提高褐煤集港計劃的兌現(xiàn)率,加強港鐵銜接及客戶管理,拓展褐煤中轉(zhuǎn)電子交易平臺的功能等發(fā)展對策。
[Abstract]:Jinzhou Port is the most convenient port of the sea in western Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces, the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, the northern part of North China and even Mongolia, Russia's Siberian region, and the most convenient transit point for the southern transport of lignite in the north of China. China lignite is the most important logistics node, known as "China lignite first transit port." Recently, the amount of lignite water in Jinzhou Port has increased greatly, so it is an important subject to study the transfer of lignite in Jinzhou Port. This paper first introduces the internal environment of Jinzhou Port and the present situation of lignite transshipment in Jinzhou Port, and then analyzes emphatically the supply and demand situation of lignite transshipment transaction in Jinzhou Port. This paper collects the data of coal throughput of Jinzhou Port in recent years and forecasts it by using three times exponential smoothing method. It is concluded that the coal throughput of Jinzhou Port in the next two years is on the rise. Secondly, the external environment of lignite transshipment in Jinzhou Port is analyzed, and the development situation is analyzed by SWOT method. Thirdly, the paper studies the construction of lignite transfer electronic trading platform in Jinzhou Port, analyzes its importance and the design and implementation process of lignite transfer electronic trading platform. Finally, based on the above analysis, put forward the Jinzhou port lignite transit trade development countermeasures. In view of the problems existing in the transfer of lignite in Jinzhou Port, the paper puts forward the following points: improving the utilization ratio of the site, effectively diverting lignite, improving the cash rate of the lignite port gathering plan, strengthening the connection between Hong Kong and Hong Kong Railway and customer management. Expansion of lignite transfer electronic trading platform functions and other development countermeasures.
