【摘要】：目前,隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化的步伐不斷加快,競爭已經(jīng)從企業(yè)之間升級到供應(yīng)鏈之間。港口供應(yīng)鏈作為進出口貿(mào)易的關(guān)鍵一環(huán),不同鏈之間的競爭也日漸加劇。國內(nèi)外各個知名港口已紛紛規(guī)劃建立港口供應(yīng)鏈,依靠群體的力量獲得市場優(yōu)勢,港口供應(yīng)鏈之間各個節(jié)點的合作模式的選擇也成為了港口供應(yīng)鏈能否在競爭中成功的關(guān)鍵。為解決上述問題,為港口供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點間選擇正確的合作模式,本文將以SNA理論為基礎(chǔ)建立港口供應(yīng)鏈的網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,并依據(jù)SNA的分析方法對網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型進行相關(guān)分析,以分析結(jié)果作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)中節(jié)點間合作模式分析的依據(jù),提高港口供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點間合作模式的有效性。 首先,論文對于將SNA應(yīng)用到供應(yīng)鏈的研究進行了分析,闡述了SNA的關(guān)系理論、研究范疇及發(fā)展歷程,對港口供應(yīng)鏈管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)理論進行了說明,并介紹了相關(guān)博弈模型的分析方法；然后,以業(yè)務(wù)流程調(diào)查及專家結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談相結(jié)合的方式,收集構(gòu)建港口供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型所需的數(shù)據(jù),通過SNA相關(guān)理論對網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的各個節(jié)點及整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析；再次,構(gòu)建合作模式分析模型,并將其應(yīng)用到本文所構(gòu)建的港口供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,分析模型分為信息共享模式分析和利潤分配模式分析,其中信息共享模式分析,主要站在政府監(jiān)管的角度,運用SNA的相關(guān)方法找出監(jiān)管信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的信息匯聚點,從而確定信息共享模式,而利潤分配模式分析,則需根據(jù)上文SNA的分析結(jié)果構(gòu)建博弈模型進行分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對港口供應(yīng)鏈中節(jié)點間的合作模式提出建議。 最后本文以通過SNA構(gòu)建得出的港口供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)為例,對港口供應(yīng)鏈合作模式分析模型進行了實例研究,說明了本文提出的模型的有效性,依據(jù)合作模式分析模型及港口供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的分析結(jié)果,為港口供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點間構(gòu)建正確的合作模式提供根據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, with the accelerating pace of regional economic integration, competition has been upgraded from enterprise to supply chain. Port supply chain as a key link in import and export trade, the competition between different chains is increasingly intensified. Each famous port at home and abroad has been planning to establish the port supply chain, relying on the strength of the community to obtain market advantages, the choice of cooperation mode between the various nodes of the port supply chain has become the key to the success of the port supply chain in the competition. In order to solve the above problems and select the correct cooperation mode between the nodes of the port supply chain, this paper will establish the network model of the port supply chain based on SNA theory, and analyze the network model according to the analysis method of SNA. The analysis results are taken as the basis for the analysis of the cooperation mode between nodes in the network, and the effectiveness of the cooperation mode among the nodes in the port supply chain is improved. Firstly, this paper analyzes the application of SNA to supply chain, expounds the relation theory, research category and development course of SNA, and explains the related theories of port supply chain management and network structure. It also introduces the analysis methods of the relevant game models, and then collects the data needed to construct the network model of the port supply chain by combining the business process investigation with the structured interview of experts. Through the SNA theory to analyze the network nodes and the overall network structure; thirdly, build the model of cooperation mode analysis, and apply it to the port supply chain network constructed in this paper. The analysis model is divided into information sharing mode analysis and profit distribution mode analysis, in which information sharing mode analysis, mainly from the perspective of government supervision, using the relevant methods of SNA to find out the information gathering point in regulatory information network. In order to determine the information sharing model, and the profit distribution model analysis, it is necessary to build a game model based on the above results of SNA analysis, according to the results of the analysis of the port supply chain node cooperation model proposed. Finally, taking the port supply chain network constructed by SNA as an example, this paper makes a case study on the analysis model of port supply chain cooperation mode, and illustrates the validity of the model proposed in this paper. According to the analysis results of the cooperation model and the network model of the port supply chain, this paper provides the basis for the establishment of the correct cooperation mode between the nodes of the port supply chain.
