【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的平衡增長,城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程加速發(fā)展,城市公共交通行在城市交通運(yùn)輸體系中的重要作用日益突顯。z市公交巴士有限公司作為z市大型的國有企業(yè),承擔(dān)城市交通公共出行分擔(dān)率超過70%。深入研究z市公交巴士公司未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對企業(yè)發(fā)展及z市民的日常出行將起著重要的影響作用。本研究主要運(yùn)用PEST、SWOT、波特五力等分析工具,對z市公交巴士進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)分析,從而得出公司未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方向。首先,對z市公交發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行重要分析。其次,對與z市公交發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究相關(guān)的國有資產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理、企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等一系列相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)研究理論進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)研究。第三,融合利用PEST、SWOT等戰(zhàn)略分析工具,對z市公交巴士公司目前的企業(yè)面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)分析。第四,基于前文對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理等方面的研究,對z市公交巴士有限公司管理戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行細(xì)化分析。第五,制定z市公交巴士有限公司管理戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施計(jì)劃,并提出z市公交巴士有限公司管理戰(zhàn)略在實(shí)施過程中所應(yīng)該具備的一些保障措施。最后,對本研究進(jìn)行概括總結(jié),并對本課題下一步研究主題進(jìn)行展望。本研究最大的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于綜合運(yùn)用國有資產(chǎn)改革和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究相關(guān)理論,綜合運(yùn)用了PEST、SWOT、波特五力分析等戰(zhàn)略研究工具對z市公交巴士公司的管理進(jìn)行了全面分析,從國有資產(chǎn)管理角度著手,落腳于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略決策。通過本研究對提升z市公交資源整合后z市公交巴士有限公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略具有較大指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)本研究過程對類似行業(yè)或產(chǎn)業(yè)具有較強(qiáng)的幫助及推廣。
[Abstract]:With the balanced growth of our country's economy and society and the accelerated development of urbanization, the important role of urban public transport line in the urban transportation system is becoming increasingly prominent. As a large state-owned enterprise in z city, the public transit bus company of .z is becoming more and more important. The public travel share rate of urban transportation is more than 70%. The study of the future development strategy of z city bus company will play an important role in the development of enterprises and the daily travel of z citizens. This study mainly uses the tools of pest SWOT and Porter five forces to analyze the bus in z city and get the development strategy of the company in the future. First of all, the background of z city bus development strategy research, domestic and foreign research status, research innovation points and other aspects of important analysis. Secondly, a series of related basic research theories, such as management of state-owned assets, strategic management of enterprises and enterprise risk management, which are related to the development strategy of public transport in Z City, are studied. Thirdly, by using the strategic analysis tools such as PEST-SWOT, the paper focuses on the internal and external environment that the bus companies in z city are facing. Fourth, based on the previous research on the strategic management of enterprises, the management strategy of Z City bus Co., Ltd. is analyzed in detail. Fifthly, we should make the implementation plan of the management strategy of Z City bus Co., Ltd., and put forward some safeguard measures which should be possessed in the course of the implementation of the management strategy of z City bus and bus Co., Ltd. Finally, the research is summarized, and the next research topic is prospected. The biggest innovation of this research is to comprehensively use the relevant theories of state-owned assets reform and enterprise strategy research, and comprehensively analyze the management of bus company in z city by using the strategic research tools such as PEST-SWOT, Porter's five forces analysis and so on. Starting from the angle of state-owned assets management, we should settle on the strategic decision of the enterprise. This research has great guiding significance to the development strategy of z city bus bus co., Ltd after the integration of bus resources in z city, and at the same time, this research process has strong help and popularization to similar industries or industries.
