S公司游艇展項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)被稱為“漂浮在黃金水道上的巨大商機(jī)”,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的歐美國(guó)家,游艇作為一種帶有奢侈消費(fèi)特點(diǎn)的水上娛樂(lè)產(chǎn)品,已經(jīng)像汽車一樣逐漸成為較普及的家庭和個(gè)人高級(jí)耐用消費(fèi)品;而在中國(guó),游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)剛剛起步,然而隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,游艇經(jīng)濟(jì)也持續(xù)升溫,越來(lái)越多的人開(kāi)始關(guān)注游艇,消費(fèi)需求也在不斷增加。 S公司的游艇展項(xiàng)目(上海國(guó)際游艇展)從1996年成立開(kāi)始,經(jīng)歷了17年的風(fēng)風(fēng)雨雨,如今已發(fā)展成為我國(guó)第一大國(guó)際性游艇展會(huì)。然而,隨著游艇及相關(guān)行業(yè)在我國(guó)的迅速發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)其他城市也看到了其中的商業(yè)契機(jī)和價(jià)值,各地舉辦的游艇展先后崛起和舉辦。S公司游艇展項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略如何確立、如何調(diào)整,如何創(chuàng)新運(yùn)作模式和管理服務(wù),從而突破該項(xiàng)目存在的發(fā)展瓶頸,是本文主要分析和研究的課題。 本文在整理總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外游艇業(yè)制造市場(chǎng)和消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)分析了我國(guó)游艇展會(huì)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀,并通過(guò)對(duì)其他同類展會(huì)的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)的比較,同時(shí)利用PEST、波士頓矩陣、SWOT分析等工具,對(duì)S公司游艇展項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀、市場(chǎng)地位和綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了分析和歸納。然后通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法剖析該項(xiàng)目目前存在的問(wèn)題,并嘗試通過(guò)對(duì)海外游艇展成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的借鑒結(jié)合S公司游艇展項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,提出解決方案并組織實(shí)施。 通過(guò)本論文的研究,有助于幫助S公司的游艇展項(xiàng)目鞏固核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及提高綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而更好的長(zhǎng)期、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。同時(shí),本文為我國(guó)的展會(huì)主辦方在游艇展的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展方面提供了具有一定運(yùn)用價(jià)值的研究成果和建議。
[Abstract]:The yacht industry is called "the huge business opportunity floating on the golden waterway". In the developed European and American countries, the yacht is a kind of aquatic entertainment product with the characteristic of luxury consumption. The yacht industry in China has just started. However, with the rapid development of the Chinese economy, the yacht economy continues to heat up. More and more people are paying attention to yachts, and consumer demand is increasing. The yacht exhibition project of S Company (Shanghai International Yacht Show) was established in 1996 and has been through 17 years of ups and downs. Now it has become the first international yacht exhibition in China. However, with the rapid development of yacht and related industries in China, other cities in China also see the commercial opportunity and value, and how to establish the development strategy of the yacht exhibition project of the company. How to adjust and how to innovate the operation mode and management service to break through the development bottleneck of the project is the main analysis and research topic in this paper. Based on the summary of domestic and international yacht industry manufacturing market and consumer market, this paper analyzes the development and current situation of domestic yacht fair in detail, and compares the various data indexes of other similar exhibitions. At the same time, by using the tools of pest, Boston Matrix and SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation, market position and comprehensive competitiveness of the yacht exhibition project in S Company. Then through questionnaire survey and other methods to analyze the existing problems of the project and try to learn from the successful experience of overseas yacht show combined with the actual situation of S company yacht exhibition project put forward solutions and organize the implementation. Through the research of this paper, it is helpful to help S company's yacht exhibition project to consolidate the core competitiveness and improve the comprehensive competitiveness, so as to improve the long-term and sustainable development. At the same time, this paper provides some valuable research results and suggestions for the organizers of our country's exhibition on the innovation and development of the yacht show.
