我國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)歷史友好模型研究

【摘要】:歷史友好模型(HistoryFriendlyModel)最早是由意大利博科尼大學(xué)的馬萊爾巴教授提出的。這一模型屬于正統(tǒng)的演化經(jīng)濟(jì)模型,,目的在于捕捉那些行業(yè)發(fā)展中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)理論,這一理論是有關(guān)一些影響產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,技術(shù)進(jìn)步,制度變革的機(jī)制和因素,通常這些理論是由產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、技術(shù)變革、商業(yè)組織和戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)域的實(shí)證學(xué)者和其他領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)家提出的。建立一個(gè)有關(guān)中國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的歷史友好模型,無(wú)論是對(duì)鐵路本身技術(shù)發(fā)展歷程的回顧研究還是對(duì)當(dāng)前鐵路的技術(shù)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)都具有重要的意義。 本文認(rèn)為從組成上看,中國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的技術(shù)發(fā)展分為機(jī)車(chē)車(chē)輛技術(shù)和其他相關(guān)技術(shù)兩個(gè)方面。在文中,我們分析了中國(guó)鐵路行業(yè)一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程。從鐵路機(jī)車(chē)技術(shù),無(wú)砟軌道技術(shù),牽引供電系統(tǒng)技術(shù),列控技術(shù)四個(gè)方面回顧了我國(guó)鐵路關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的發(fā)展過(guò)程。發(fā)現(xiàn)了影響我國(guó)鐵路行業(yè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)發(fā)展的相關(guān)影響因素,包括:政府和鐵道部的主導(dǎo)作用,鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)部門(mén)的需求,各機(jī)車(chē)廠和相關(guān)科研部門(mén)對(duì)技術(shù)的深入學(xué)習(xí)和主觀能動(dòng)性。其中特別強(qiáng)調(diào)了政府對(duì)新技術(shù)的選擇、所制定的技術(shù)政策、提出的發(fā)展策略以及對(duì)技術(shù)的評(píng)估等在鐵路技術(shù)發(fā)展中的起到的主導(dǎo)作用,相關(guān)鐵路機(jī)車(chē)廠和科研部門(mén)對(duì)技術(shù)吸收消化再創(chuàng)新的努力。我們查閱了大量的歷史資料,進(jìn)行了以下幾方面的研究,希望找到那些促進(jìn)中國(guó)鐵路達(dá)到世界先進(jìn)水平的決定性因素。 首先,詳細(xì)介紹了歷史友好模型的概念,特征,功能及運(yùn)行機(jī)制以及國(guó)外研究進(jìn)展等,回顧了國(guó)外歷史友好模型的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。同時(shí)還對(duì)歷史友好模型的理論基礎(chǔ),特別是鑒賞理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,對(duì)比了其與正統(tǒng)理論的不同,介紹了鑒賞理論在當(dāng)前的使用領(lǐng)域,為建立歷史友好模型打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,文章的第三章和第四章系統(tǒng)的回顧了我國(guó)鐵路機(jī)車(chē)技術(shù)和其他相關(guān)技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程。鐵路機(jī)車(chē)按照牽引動(dòng)力的演化歷程,分為蒸汽機(jī)車(chē),內(nèi)燃機(jī)車(chē)和電力機(jī)車(chē)。目前的高速動(dòng)車(chē)組也歸入電力機(jī)車(chē)內(nèi)闡述。而其他相關(guān)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)鐵路牽引供電技術(shù)、無(wú)砟軌道技術(shù)、列車(chē)控制系統(tǒng)技術(shù)、轉(zhuǎn)向架技術(shù)以及鐵路服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)發(fā)展。每項(xiàng)技術(shù)都根據(jù)其核心元件的技術(shù)發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行闡述,可以更為系統(tǒng)的了解具體的技術(shù)發(fā)展過(guò)程。 最后,分析各個(gè)技術(shù)之間的邏輯關(guān)系,找到技術(shù)與技術(shù)之間的因果關(guān)系,建立中國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展的一個(gè)歷史友好模型的理論模型。
[Abstract]:The History-Friendly Model was first proposed by Professor Malerba of the University of Bocony, Italy. This model belongs to the orthodox evolutionary economic model and aims to capture the empirical theories in the development of those industries, which are related to the mechanisms and factors that affect industrial development, technological progress, and institutional change. Usually these theories are put forward by empirical scholars and other scientists in industrial economics, technological change, business organization and strategic fields. It is of great significance to establish a historical friendly model for China's railway transport industry, both in terms of the retrospect of the technological development of the railway itself and the guidance of the technological development of the current railway. In terms of composition, the technical development of China's railway transportation industry is divided into two aspects: locomotive and rolling stock technology and other related technologies. In this paper, we analyze the development of some key technologies in China's railway industry. The development process of key railway technologies in China is reviewed from four aspects: railway locomotive technology ballastless track technology traction power supply system technology and train control technology. The related factors affecting the development of key technologies of railway industry in China are found, including: the leading role of the government and the Ministry of Railways, the demand of railway operation departments, the in-depth study and subjective initiative of the locomotive factories and related scientific research departments on technology. In particular, it emphasizes the leading role of the government in the development of railway technology, such as the choice of new technologies, the technical policies formulated, the proposed development strategies and the evaluation of technologies. The related railway locomotive factory and the scientific research department to the technology absorption digestion reinvent the effort. We have consulted a great deal of historical data and studied the following aspects in order to find out the decisive factors to promote China's railway to the advanced level of the world. Firstly, the concept, characteristics, function and operation mechanism of the historical friendly model are introduced in detail, as well as the research progress in foreign countries, and the related literature of the historical friendly model is reviewed. At the same time, the theoretical basis of the historical friendly model, especially the theory of appreciation, is introduced in detail, the difference between the theory and the orthodox theory is compared, and the application of the theory of appreciation in the current application field is introduced. It lays a solid theoretical foundation for the establishment of a historical friendly model. Secondly, the third and fourth chapters systematically review the development of railway locomotive technology and other related technologies in China. Railway locomotives are divided into steam locomotives, diesel locomotives and electric locomotives according to the evolution of traction power. The current high-speed EMU is also included in the description of the electric locomotive. Other related technologies include railway traction power supply technology ballastless track technology train control system technology bogie technology and railway service system technology development. Each technology is described according to the technology development course of its core components, so that we can understand the specific technology development process more systematically. Finally, this paper analyzes the logical relationship between different technologies, finds out the causality between technology and technology, and establishes a theoretical model of a historical friendly model for the technological development of China's railway transportation industry.
