【摘要】:2010年末,中國民航業(yè)運(yùn)輸總周轉(zhuǎn)量僅次于美國,躍居全球第二位。國內(nèi)民航在冊飛機(jī)數(shù)量為1597架,比2005年末增加1.85倍,平均每年凈增飛機(jī)147架。截至2011年4月19日,國內(nèi)航空公司共有未交付飛機(jī)訂單601架,價(jià)值3500億美元,未來5-10年中國民航業(yè)將繼續(xù)保持較快的增長速度。 飛機(jī)是航空公司的主要生產(chǎn)運(yùn)輸工具。目前山航運(yùn)營47架737系列干線飛機(jī)和7架CRJ系列支線飛機(jī),未交付飛機(jī)訂單29架,正由一個(gè)中型航空公司向大型航空公司轉(zhuǎn)變。機(jī)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)略規(guī)劃是公司整體戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的重要內(nèi)容,影響和決定了其他戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃內(nèi)容的制定和實(shí)施。 本文將航空公司機(jī)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)略規(guī)劃理論和飛機(jī)引進(jìn)工作實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,通過對山航機(jī)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)略規(guī)劃存在問題和原因的分析研究,在對機(jī)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)略規(guī)劃面臨的行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢、政策環(huán)境影響、供應(yīng)商市場分析、高鐵競爭、技術(shù)進(jìn)步和環(huán)保要求等外部環(huán)境的分析,以及山航機(jī)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)、飛機(jī)引進(jìn)和退出方式、財(cái)務(wù)和融資情況等內(nèi)部資源匹配的分析和論證后,重點(diǎn)對山航制定機(jī)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)略規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)思想、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和實(shí)施措施進(jìn)行了研究,確立了符合國情的機(jī)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)略規(guī)劃流程和模式,提出了山航優(yōu)化機(jī)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu),繼續(xù)保持單一機(jī)型,擇機(jī)發(fā)展支線航空,科學(xué)選擇飛機(jī)引進(jìn)和退出時(shí)機(jī)以及創(chuàng)新飛機(jī)引進(jìn)方式的具體實(shí)施策略,對山航未來5-10年的機(jī)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)略規(guī)劃的制定和完善具有重要的參考價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義,特別是在公司機(jī)隊(duì)安全運(yùn)營和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,機(jī)場時(shí)刻和航線資源的競爭,降低飛機(jī)引進(jìn)和運(yùn)營維護(hù)成本,應(yīng)對油價(jià)不斷攀升帶來的成本壓力和高鐵競爭,解決飛機(jī)融資困境和保持合理的租購比例,規(guī)避飛機(jī)殘值風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面都有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:At the end of 2010, China's total transport turnover, second only to the United States, ranked second in the world. The number of domestic civil aviation scheduled planes is 1597, 1.85 times higher than the end of 2005, with an average annual net increase of 147aircraft. As of April 19, 2011, domestic airlines have a total of 601 outstanding aircraft orders, valued at $350 billion, and China's civil aviation industry will continue to grow rapidly in the next five to 10 years. Aircraft are the main means of production and transportation for airlines. Currently, Shanshan operates 47 737 series trunk aircraft and 7 CRJ series regional aircraft, with no orders for 29 aircraft, and is shifting from a medium-sized airline to a large airline. Fleet strategic planning is an important part of the company's overall strategic planning, which influences and determines the formulation and implementation of other strategic planning contents. This paper combines the theory of airline fleet strategic planning with the practice of introducing aircraft, through the analysis and study of the problems and causes of the strategic planning of the aircraft fleet of Mountain Airlines, and the influence of the industry development trend and the policy environment on the strategic planning of the aircraft fleet. Supplier market analysis, high-speed rail competition, technological progress and environmental protection requirements, as well as the analysis and demonstration of internal resource matching, such as the structure of Shanshan Airlines' fleet, aircraft import and exit methods, financial and financing conditions, etc. In this paper, the guiding ideology, strategic objectives and implementation measures of the strategic planning of the aircraft fleet are studied, and the process and mode of the strategic planning of the fleet in accordance with the national conditions are established, and the optimization of the structure of the fleet is put forward, and the single aircraft model is maintained. It is of great reference value and practical significance for Shanshan Airlines to develop regional aviation, scientifically select the timing of aircraft introduction and exit, and to innovate the specific implementation strategy of aircraft import mode for Shanshan Airlines in the next 5-10 years, which is of great reference value and practical significance for the formulation and improvement of the strategic planning of the aircraft fleet in the next 5-10 years. Especially in the safe operation and sustainable development of the company's air fleet, the competition of airport time and airline resources, the reduction of the cost of aircraft introduction and operation and maintenance, and the response to the cost pressure brought by rising oil prices and the competition of high-speed rail. It is of great significance to solve the problem of aircraft financing, to maintain reasonable rental purchase ratio and to avoid the risk of aircraft residual value.
