【摘要】：2016年,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)依然表現(xiàn)出相對(duì)低迷的狀態(tài),處在一個(gè)相對(duì)疲軟但是蓄勢(shì)待發(fā)的階段,與全球經(jīng)濟(jì)情況相比,我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展并不是很好。民航運(yùn)輸業(yè)的整體市場(chǎng)呈現(xiàn)出對(duì)比鮮明的發(fā)展局勢(shì),具體表現(xiàn)為:從近年看,飛機(jī)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)在最便捷最通用的出行選擇之一,民航業(yè)依靠自身持續(xù)的改革與創(chuàng)新,慢慢躋身國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的重中之重,并且它還對(duì)國(guó)家的發(fā)展有積極促進(jìn)的作用,民航業(yè)發(fā)展的好壞可以反映國(guó)家的整體實(shí)力與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,也是反映一個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)程度的重要參考因素。國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展相對(duì)緩慢,而與之形成鮮明的對(duì)比的是,國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展卻非�；馃�,在數(shù)量和價(jià)格方面,國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)際上差異化比較嚴(yán)重。近幾年來(lái)看,民航運(yùn)輸業(yè)的影響在迅速擴(kuò)散,例如它促進(jìn)了各國(guó)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,并且它必然會(huì)影響著整個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì),又加之我國(guó)已經(jīng)逐漸融入經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大浪潮中,經(jīng)濟(jì)體系范圍更加擴(kuò)大,因而,其對(duì)我國(guó)的影響也呈現(xiàn)了逐步上升之勢(shì)。正因如此我們對(duì)公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理上的研究也越來(lái)越重要。本文主要研究的是海南航空的債務(wù)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),首先,本文闡述了債務(wù)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的相關(guān)概念與債務(wù)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的主要流程等,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的流程主要分為三個(gè)階段:風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制�？偠灾�,本文的理論介紹不僅向讀者闡述了債務(wù)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的本質(zhì),還增加了全文的邏輯性,使論證更加合理。其次,本文通過(guò)與債務(wù)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行結(jié)合,總結(jié)了最近五年海南航空債務(wù)融資情況,并運(yùn)用定性與定量相結(jié)合的分析方法分析識(shí)別評(píng)估了其債務(wù)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后,本文依據(jù)上文中的識(shí)別評(píng)估結(jié)果,并結(jié)合公司自身的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,對(duì)其提出了相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施和意見(jiàn)。本文主要研究的是海南航空債務(wù)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),根據(jù)債務(wù)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的流程進(jìn)行識(shí)別、評(píng)估,并提出具有針對(duì)性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施,對(duì)海南航空債務(wù)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有一定的借鑒意義,同時(shí)也有助于我國(guó)的企業(yè)尤其是民航業(yè)提升對(duì)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的認(rèn)識(shí),提供實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:In 2016, the global economy was still in a relatively low state, in a relatively weak but pending stage. Compared with the global economic situation, China's economic development was not very good. The overall market of the civil aviation transportation industry showed a contrasting development situation. One of the most convenient and common choice of travel, the civil aviation industry depends on its own continuous reform and innovation, and gradually becomes the top priority of the national economy, and it has a positive role in the development of the country. The development of the civil aviation industry can reflect the overall strength and competitive power of the country. It is also an important reference to reflect the economic degree of a country. The development of the international market is very hot. In terms of quantity and price, the difference between domestic and international is very serious. In recent years, the influence of civil aviation transportation is spreading rapidly, for example, it promotes economic cooperation between countries, and it is inevitable. It will affect the economy of the whole country, and in addition to the gradual integration of our country into the great wave of economic globalization, the scope of the economic system is expanding. Therefore, its impact on our country has also been increasing gradually. As a result, our research on the financial risk management of the company is becoming more and more important. This article mainly studies Hainan First of all, this paper expounds the related concepts of debt financing risk and the main process of debt financing risk management. The process of risk management is divided into three stages: risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. In a word, the introduction of this paper not only describes the debt financing risk to the readers. In addition, the logic of the full text is added to make the argument more reasonable. Secondly, through the combination of the related theory of debt financing risk management, this paper summarizes the situation of Hainan aviation debt financing in the last five years, and uses the analytical method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze and evaluate the risk of debt financing. Finally, this paper is based on the above article. In this paper, we mainly study the risk of Hainan aviation debt financing, identify and evaluate the risk management process according to the debt financing risk management, and put forward the targeted risk control measures to the Hainan aviation debt financing. Capital risk management has a certain reference value, and it also helps our enterprises, especially the civil aviation industry to enhance the understanding of financing risk management, and provide practical reference.
