【摘要】：港口是地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,其能力的大小與該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)達程度密切相關(guān)。眾所周知,世界貿(mào)易的運輸總量中,海上運輸量達到85%以上,大大超過其他所有運輸方式運量的總和,由此可見港口的地位非常重要。近幾年來,世界以及我國港口建設(shè)突飛猛進,政府與企業(yè)不斷加大規(guī)模與資金的投入,特別是在深水碼頭的開發(fā)與建設(shè)上,這使得港口間的競爭日益加劇,特點是同一經(jīng)濟腹地的港口,競爭更加白熱化。 本文以世界港口企業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢作為研究背景,從廣州港集團有限公司的基本情況介紹入手,運用戰(zhàn)略管理等有關(guān)理論對公司能力(職能管理、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展與競爭能力、財務(wù)能力、業(yè)務(wù)資源)、集團所處的宏觀環(huán)境(政治法律、社會文化、經(jīng)濟金融、科學(xué)技術(shù))、行業(yè)環(huán)境(同業(yè)競爭結(jié)構(gòu)與競爭行為、客戶結(jié)構(gòu)與客戶談判能力、供應(yīng)商結(jié)構(gòu)與供應(yīng)商談判能力、替代業(yè)務(wù)、潛在進入者)展開分析,總結(jié)、歸納與分析集團當前優(yōu)劣勢、發(fā)展機遇與存在的威脅,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,制訂出廣州港集團的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及相關(guān)策略選擇,并進一步對各業(yè)務(wù)進行目標建立與策略分析選擇。最后,為保障戰(zhàn)略目標的實現(xiàn),集團應(yīng)該從組織、管理機制、人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)、融資與信息化建設(shè)上作出優(yōu)化調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:The port is an important part of the regional economy, is closely related to the size of its ability and development level of economy in this region. As everyone knows, the total world trade in transport, maritime transport volume reached more than 85%, much higher than other sum of all modes of transport capacity, thus the port status is very important. In recent years, by leaps and bounds the world and the port construction in China, the government and the enterprise scale and increasing capital investment, especially in the development and construction of deep-water terminal, which makes the competition between ports is increasing, the characteristics of the same economic hinterland of the port, competition is more intense.
Based on the trend of development of world port enterprises as the research background, starting with the introduction of the basic situation of Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd., the use of strategic management and the theory of corporate ability (function management, business development and competition ability, financial ability, business resources), the macro environment of the group (political and legal, social and cultural, economic and financial, science and Technology), environment (industry competition structure and competition, industry customer structure and customer negotiation ability, supplier structure and supplier negotiation skills, replacement business, potential entrants) to analyze, summarize, sum up and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current group, development opportunities and threats, on this basis, formulate development the strategy of Guangzhou port group and relevant strategy, and further on the business target establishment and strategy analysis. Finally, the guarantee is the strategic goals of the group should be from The organization, management mechanism, human resources structure, financing and information construction are optimized and adjusted.
