【摘要】：伴隨我國城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,城市交通出行需求量急劇增加,對(duì)城市交通系統(tǒng)總體容量提出了新的要求。公交車輛的及時(shí)高效維修,是保證車輛安全運(yùn)行、降低運(yùn)輸成本、提高運(yùn)輸效率、節(jié)約能源的基礎(chǔ)。 在公交車輛的維修過程中,維修工時(shí)定額是企業(yè)信息化管理的一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)性工作,是維修企業(yè)進(jìn)行科學(xué)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理的必要手段,是維修企業(yè)管理制度的重要組成部分。維修工時(shí)定額與企業(yè)的成本核算、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、員工考核息息相關(guān)。 本文闡述工時(shí)定額的相關(guān)理論,分析了工時(shí)定額的組成部分和工時(shí)定額的制定方法,并分析了國內(nèi)外車輛維修的現(xiàn)狀和西安公交公司車輛維修工時(shí)管理的不足之處。通過對(duì)西安公交公司車輛維修部門的研究,提出維修工時(shí)定額管理系統(tǒng)的總體目標(biāo)。針對(duì)系統(tǒng)的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)、各個(gè)子功能的結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu),并運(yùn)用.Net技術(shù)開發(fā)出一個(gè)C/S的工時(shí)定額管理系統(tǒng),文中主要給出了工時(shí)測(cè)定和工時(shí)定額管理兩個(gè)模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。
[Abstract]:With the development of city urbanization, city traffic demand increases sharply, put forward new requirements for the capacity of the whole city traffic system. Timely and efficient maintenance of buses, is to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle, reduce transportation costs, improve transport efficiency, based on energy saving.
In the process of buses maintenance, maintenance time quota is a basic work of enterprise information management, maintenance enterprises scientific and standardized management of the necessary means, is an important part of enterprise management system maintenance. Maintenance quota and enterprise cost accounting, production planning, staff appraisal are closely related.
This paper describes the theory of time quota analysis method of setting up part and working hours of time quota quota, and analyzes the shortcomings of current situation of domestic and foreign vehicle maintenance and Xi'an bus company vehicle maintenance management. Through the research of Xi'an bus company vehicle maintenance department, put forward the overall goal of maintenance time quota management system. According to the needs of the system, design the overall structure of the system, structure and database structure of each sub function, and the use of.Net technology to develop a time quota management system C/S, this paper gives the man hour determination and quota management of two modules.
