【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域化、一體化、國際化的發(fā)展,港口物流日益成為現(xiàn)代物流鏈上的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。事實(shí)上,港口是由物流中轉(zhuǎn)點(diǎn)到綜合物流服務(wù)鏈中的重要環(huán)節(jié),這使港口服務(wù)范圍延伸、服務(wù)功能擴(kuò)展的過程中,逐漸形成了特有的港口物流系統(tǒng),高效率的港口現(xiàn)代物流服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的重要支撐。 NC公司是一家新興港口物流企業(yè),本文通過對(duì)NC公司發(fā)展的一般環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為NC公司的發(fā)展還處于初級(jí)階段,公司管理人員經(jīng)營理念還有待改進(jìn),通過對(duì)技術(shù)等軟件的更新,對(duì)港口規(guī)模、機(jī)器設(shè)備、倉儲(chǔ)環(huán)境、周邊道路的更新完成由傳統(tǒng)的裝卸公司向南昌市、江西省乃至全國一流的港口物流公司的轉(zhuǎn)變是NC公司發(fā)展愿景。以此為基礎(chǔ),提出了NC公司的發(fā)展目標(biāo)、經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略和營銷戰(zhàn)略。為了保障NC公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方案得到順利實(shí)施,提出了以下幾個(gè)方面的措施：第一,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化內(nèi)涵的全面理解,梳理NC公司的核心價(jià)值觀；第二,以權(quán)責(zé)對(duì)等為基礎(chǔ),優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)；第三,圍繞客戶需求,從倉儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)輸、配送、流通加工和裝卸搬運(yùn)等方面,優(yōu)化發(fā)展模式；第四,基于NC公司人員素質(zhì)提升,加強(qiáng)人力資源管理；第五,融合優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,繼承地域民族文化,塑造特色企業(yè)文化。
[Abstract]:With the development of regionalization, integration and internationalization of world economy, port logistics has become an important link in modern logistics chain.In fact, port is an important link from logistics transfer point to integrated logistics service chain, which makes port service range extend and service function expand, gradually forming special port logistics system.Efficient port logistics service has become an important support for regional economic development and industrial structure upgrading.NC Company is a new port logistics enterprise. Through the analysis of the general environment and internal conditions of NC company's development, it is considered that the development of NC Company is still in the primary stage, and the management concept of the company needs to be improved.Through the updating of technology and other software, the upgrading of port scale, machinery and equipment, storage environment and surrounding roads is completed from traditional loading and unloading companies to Nanchang.The transformation of first-class port logistics companies in Jiangxi Province and even the whole country is the development vision of NC Company.On this basis, the development goal, management strategy and marketing strategy of NC Company are put forward.In order to ensure the successful implementation of the development strategy of NC Company, the following measures are put forward: first, to strengthen the overall understanding of the connotation of corporate culture, and to comb the core values of NC Company; second, to base on the equivalence of power and responsibility.Optimize organizational structure; third, around customer demand, from warehousing, transportation, distribution, circulation processing and loading and unloading and other aspects, optimize the development model; fourth, based on NC company personnel quality improvement, strengthen human resources management; fifth,Fusion of excellent traditional culture, inheritance of regional national culture, shaping the characteristics of corporate culture.
