【摘要】：國際干散貨航運業(yè)是世界航運業(yè)的重要組成部分。世界干散貨運輸船隊在世界海運船隊中占有極其重要的地位,特別是在大宗貨物運輸方面。對一個國家或地區(qū)而言,其干散貨航運業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)模極大地影響了其整個航運業(yè)的發(fā)展；作為干散貨航運市場競爭的主體——干散貨航運企業(yè),尤其是大型干散貨航運企業(yè)的市場競爭能力的強弱將決定著一個國家或地區(qū)干散貨航運業(yè)乃至整個航運業(yè)的興衰。因此,研究大型干散貨航運企業(yè)競爭力具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。具體研究工作如下： 1.緒論。介紹了論文的研究背景和意義,并簡略回顧了國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀,進而提出本論文研究的主要工作安排。 2.首先簡單介紹了干散貨航運市場的概況和競爭環(huán)境的變化情況,分析國際干散貨航運市場運力供給、需求情況和運價現(xiàn)狀,以及影響供需和運價的原因,為下文研究內(nèi)容打下了基礎。 3.針對干散貨航運市場結構,采用經(jīng)濟控制論建立市場模型結構,通過仿真實驗,對干散貨航運市場的海運量、運力供給及運價進行預測分析,同時結合現(xiàn)實情況,詳細分析了金融危機對運力供需和運價造成的影響,并對其未來的發(fā)展趨勢進行了預測分析,最后通過對仿真系統(tǒng)的可控性分析,為企業(yè)經(jīng)營者提供決策依據(jù),為下文研究干散貨航運企業(yè)競爭力提供現(xiàn)實基礎。 4.針對干散貨航運企業(yè)競爭力的特征和構成要素確定了其各個評價指標,從而設計出一套完整的航運企業(yè)競爭力評價指標體系,為下一章進行實例分析奠定了良好的基礎。 5.在上一章的基礎上.選取5家世界知名的干散貨航運企業(yè)作為研究對象.建立相應的評價體系,應用DEA/AHP兩階段綜合評價模型進行實例研究,最后計算出企業(yè)競爭力強弱的排序,由此總結出提高干散貨航運企業(yè)競爭力的有效策略：
[Abstract]:International dry bulk shipping industry is an important part of the world shipping industry.The world dry bulk transport fleet plays an extremely important role in the world shipping fleet, especially in the bulk cargo transportation.For a country or region, the development scale of its dry bulk shipping industry has greatly affected the development of its entire shipping industry.Especially the market competitiveness of large dry bulk shipping enterprises will determine the rise and fall of a country or a region dry bulk shipping industry and even the whole shipping industry.Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the competitiveness of large dry bulk shipping enterprises.The specific studies are as follows:1.IntroductionThis paper introduces the research background and significance of the thesis, and briefly reviews the present situation of the research at home and abroad, and then puts forward the main work arrangement of this paper.2.First of all, it introduces the general situation of dry bulk shipping market and the change of competition environment, analyzes the supply of capacity, demand and current situation of freight rate in international dry bulk shipping market, as well as the reasons that affect supply and demand and freight rate.For the following research content laid the foundation.3.According to the structure of dry bulk shipping market, the market model structure is established by using economic cybernetics, and the sea volume, capacity supply and freight rate of dry bulk shipping market are forecasted and analyzed through simulation experiments.The influence of financial crisis on capacity supply and demand and freight rate is analyzed in detail, and its future development trend is forecasted and analyzed. Finally, through the controllability analysis of simulation system, the decision basis for enterprise operators is provided.For the following research dry bulk shipping enterprises competitiveness to provide a realistic basis.4.According to the characteristics and components of the competitiveness of dry bulk shipping enterprises, the evaluation indexes are determined, and a complete evaluation index system of the competitiveness of shipping enterprises is designed, which lays a good foundation for the analysis of examples in the next chapter.5.On the basis of the previous chapter.Five world famous dry bulk shipping enterprises are selected as the research object.Establish the corresponding evaluation system, apply the DEA/AHP two-stage comprehensive evaluation model to carry on the case study, finally calculate the ranking of the competitiveness of the enterprise, and sum up the effective strategy to improve the competitiveness of the dry bulk shipping enterprise.
