長江航運中心港口發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟適應(yīng)性評價研究

【摘要】:隨著建設(shè)長江經(jīng)濟帶計劃被納入國家戰(zhàn)略,長江沿岸的港口城市發(fā)展已經(jīng)進入新的歷史階段。上海、南京、武漢、重慶四座城市作為長江上中下游的核心城市,陸續(xù)建設(shè)了航運中心,這也使得港口經(jīng)濟對城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的作用也愈發(fā)明顯。而飛速發(fā)展的城市經(jīng)濟也為港口的發(fā)展奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。新時期新形勢下,港口與城市經(jīng)濟的相互關(guān)系也會更加復(fù)雜,那么港口的發(fā)展能否適應(yīng)城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,港口與城市經(jīng)濟如何在相互適應(yīng)中共同發(fā)展,就成了新時期的一項重要且緊迫的話題。本文在總結(jié)前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理了港口與城市經(jīng)濟的適應(yīng)性相關(guān)理論,將適應(yīng)性分為發(fā)展度、協(xié)調(diào)度和可持續(xù)度來分析。首先對長江四大運中心港口與城市經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,定性分析各港口與城市經(jīng)濟的適應(yīng)性情況并在各城市間展開橫向的對比。然后考慮一系列的影響因素指標,構(gòu)建港口與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的適應(yīng)性評價指標體系,同時利用指數(shù)平滑法分別對各城市的港口與經(jīng)濟的未來發(fā)展情況進行預(yù)測,最后利用主成分分析法及協(xié)調(diào)度模型,從發(fā)展度、協(xié)調(diào)度和可持續(xù)度上評價各城市港口與經(jīng)濟的適應(yīng)性發(fā)展趨勢。并根據(jù)評價結(jié)果對港口與城市經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展提出建議。本文將通過定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,分析長江四大航運中心港口和城市經(jīng)濟當前的適應(yīng)情況和適應(yīng)性發(fā)展趨勢,提出新時期新形勢下的發(fā)展策略建議,對在發(fā)展長江經(jīng)濟帶背景下,更好地研究港口的經(jīng)濟適應(yīng)性內(nèi)涵、把握港口與城市經(jīng)濟相互適應(yīng)的發(fā)展趨勢,對實現(xiàn)港口與城市經(jīng)濟更好更快發(fā)展,加快推進長江經(jīng)濟帶戰(zhàn)略,將長江經(jīng)濟帶打造成具有全球影響力的內(nèi)河經(jīng)濟帶具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt being incorporated into the national strategy, the port city development along the Yangtze River has entered a new historical stage.Four cities, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan and Chongqing, as the core cities of the upper and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, have built shipping centers one after another, which makes the role of port economy in the development of urban economy more and more obvious.The rapid development of urban economy also laid a solid foundation for the development of the port.In the new era and new situation, the relationship between port and urban economy will be more complicated. Can the development of port adapt to the needs of urban economic development, and how to develop port and city economy in mutual adaptation?It has become an important and urgent topic in the new era.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results, this paper combs the relevant theories of adaptability between port and urban economy, and divides adaptability into development degree, coordination degree and sustainability degree to analyze.Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of port and city economy in the four major transport centers of the Yangtze River, and qualitatively analyzes the adaptability of each port and city economy and makes a horizontal comparison among the cities.Then, considering a series of influencing factors, this paper constructs the adaptability evaluation index system of port and economic development, and forecasts the future development of port and economy of each city by using exponential smoothing method.Finally, by using principal component analysis (PCA) and coordination degree model, the adaptive development trend of port and economy in various cities is evaluated in terms of degree of development, degree of coordination and degree of sustainability.According to the evaluation results, some suggestions are put forward for the development of port and city economy.By combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, this paper analyzes the current adaptation and adaptive development trend of the port and city economy in the four major shipping centers of the Yangtze River, and puts forward some suggestions for the development strategy in the new period and in the new situation.In the context of the development of the Yangtze River economic belt, we should better study the connotation of port's economic adaptability, grasp the development trend of port and urban economy adapting to each other, achieve better and faster development of port and urban economy, and accelerate the strategy of promoting the Yangtze River economic belt.It is of great significance to build the Yangtze River economic belt into a inland river economic belt with global influence.
