【摘要】：20世紀(jì)20年代以后，國(guó)民政府逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到開(kāi)發(fā)西北的重要性�？谷諔�(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)以后，為了適應(yīng)戰(zhàn)局的需要，國(guó)民政府興修了甘新公路，并將此路作為一條重要的國(guó)際運(yùn)輸通道，把抗日物資源源不斷地運(yùn)往抗日戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，有力地支持了我國(guó)的抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)；抗戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后，甘肅省政府在甘新公路沿邊建立傷兵站，收留傷兵，保障了傷兵的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全，維護(hù)了邊疆的穩(wěn)定；20世紀(jì)50年代時(shí)，中央人民政府廣泛動(dòng)員人民群眾，分段整修甘新公路，，通過(guò)此路，將極其重要的戰(zhàn)略資源—玉門(mén)石油東運(yùn)，極大地支持了建國(guó)初期的國(guó)內(nèi)建設(shè)和抗美援朝運(yùn)動(dòng)。 本文共分為四個(gè)部分：第一部分介紹甘新公路的修筑背景，包括國(guó)民政府開(kāi)發(fā)西北的重要性和落后的西北交通兩個(gè)方面；第二部分主要論述甘新公路在20世紀(jì)30～50年代的修建情況，并對(duì)兩個(gè)時(shí)期修建情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比，得出寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)；第三部分重點(diǎn)論述甘新公路在20世紀(jì)30～50年代作出的幾個(gè)既典型又重要的貢獻(xiàn)，包括中蘇易貨貿(mào)易、西北人民對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)的支持、維護(hù)邊疆穩(wěn)定以及玉門(mén)石油的順利東運(yùn)，這四個(gè)方面的貢獻(xiàn)都是借助于甘新公路的運(yùn)輸職能完成，因而所作出的貢獻(xiàn)也有甘新公路的一部分。本部分是本文的核心章節(jié)，尤其是抗戰(zhàn)后有關(guān)甘新公路的貢獻(xiàn)研究，系屬本文的創(chuàng)新之處；第四部分是本文的結(jié)論部分，肯定甘新公路開(kāi)通后所發(fā)揮的作用，同時(shí)也提到國(guó)民政府時(shí)期開(kāi)發(fā)西北的不足之處，以便對(duì)今后的西北交通建設(shè)起到些許的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:After the 1920s, the National Government gradually realized the importance of the development of northwest.After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, in order to meet the needs of the war situation, the National Government built the Ganxin Highway and used it as an important international transportation channel to transport the anti-Japanese materials to the anti-Japanese battlefield in an endless stream.After the end of the War of Resistance against Japan, the Gansu Provincial Government set up a station for wounded soldiers along the Ganxin Highway to receive wounded soldiers, which ensured the safety of the lives and property of the wounded soldiers, and maintained the stability of the border areas in the 1950s.The Central people's Government extensively mobilized the masses of the people and renovated the Ganxin Highway by stages. Through this road, Yumen Petroleum, an extremely important strategic resource, was transported to the east, which greatly supported the domestic construction and the movement of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the construction background of Ganxin Highway, including the importance of the National Government to develop the northwest and the backward northwest traffic two aspects;The second part mainly discusses the construction of Ganxin Highway in the 1930s and 1950s, and compares the construction of the two periods, and draws valuable experience and lessons;The third part focuses on several typical and important contributions made by Ganxin Highway in the 1930s and 1950s, including the barter trade between China and the Soviet Union, the support of the northwestern people to the War of Resistance, the maintenance of stability in the border areas and the smooth eastward transportation of Yumen oil.The contribution of these four aspects is accomplished by means of the transportation function of Ganxin Highway, and the contribution made by them is also part of the Ganxin Highway.This part is the core chapter of this paper, especially the contribution research of Ganxin Highway after the Anti-Japanese War, which belongs to the innovation of this paper. The fourth part is the conclusion of this article, affirming the role of Ganxin Highway after the opening.At the same time, it also mentioned the deficiency of the development of northwest in the period of the National Government, in order to play a little reference role in the construction of northwest traffic in the future.
