【摘要】：交通運輸業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的重要基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長,交通運輸業(yè)得到了全面發(fā)展,交通運輸業(yè)的能源消費,尤其是石油產(chǎn)品消費,呈快速增長態(tài)勢,交通運輸業(yè)已成為我國能耗增長最快的行業(yè)之一,由此帶來的能源問題日益嚴重。交通運輸能源消費變動及影響因素研究對降低交通運輸行業(yè)的能源消費量以及實現(xiàn)交通運輸業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 論文首先在梳理國內(nèi)外交通運輸能源消費研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了論文的研究內(nèi)容和框架；其次,回顧了能源消費影響因素分析的相關(guān)理論與方法,為論文的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)；第三,對已有指數(shù)分解模型進行改進,根據(jù)影響因素變化的方向,提出分方向的完全分解模型,并應(yīng)用改進的方法構(gòu)建了交通運輸能源消費影響因素完全分解模型；第四,應(yīng)用構(gòu)建的分解模型對1986-2012年我國交通運輸能費影響因素進行實證研究,測算運輸周轉(zhuǎn)量、交通運輸結(jié)構(gòu)和交通運輸能耗強度三因素變動對交通運輸能源消費變化的貢獻度,分析交通運輸結(jié)構(gòu)和交通運輸能耗強度的節(jié)能作用,得出了有價值的結(jié)論。研究結(jié)果表明運輸周轉(zhuǎn)量增長是交通運輸能源消費量增加的主要因素,交通運輸結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整具有巨大的節(jié)能潛力,交通運輸能耗強度是節(jié)能的主要因素。論文的研究成果完善了交通運輸能源消費的相關(guān)理論,為交通運輸業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整以及交通運輸節(jié)能研究奠定了基礎(chǔ),對交通運輸節(jié)能降耗發(fā)展規(guī)劃的制定與相關(guān)政策的實施提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Transportation industry is an important basic industry of national economy.With the sustained growth of China's social economy, the transportation industry has been comprehensively developed. The energy consumption of the transportation industry, especially the consumption of petroleum products, has shown a rapid growth trend.Transportation industry has become one of the fastest growing industries of energy consumption in China, and the energy problem is becoming more and more serious.The research on the change of energy consumption of transportation and its influencing factors is of great significance to reduce the energy consumption and realize the sustainable development of transportation industry.On the basis of combing the current research situation of energy consumption in transportation at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the research content and framework of the paper, and then reviews the relevant theories and methods of the analysis of the factors affecting energy consumption.Third, the existing exponential decomposition model is improved, according to the direction of the change of factors, the complete decomposition model is put forward.Using the improved method to construct the complete decomposition model of the factors affecting the energy consumption of transportation. Fourthly, the empirical study on the factors affecting the energy consumption of transportation in China from 1986 to 2012 is carried out, and the transport turnover is calculated.The contribution of the change of transportation structure and energy consumption intensity to the change of transportation energy consumption is analyzed. The energy saving effect of transportation structure and energy consumption intensity is analyzed, and a valuable conclusion is drawn.The results show that the increase of transportation turnover is the main factor of the increase of transportation energy consumption, the adjustment of transportation structure has great potential for energy saving, and the intensity of energy consumption of transportation is the main factor of energy saving.The research results of this paper improve the related theories of transportation energy consumption and lay a foundation for the structural adjustment of transportation industry and the research of transportation energy conservation.It provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of transportation energy conservation and consumption reduction development plan and the implementation of related policies.
