【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快,居民交通出行日益頻繁,出行的需求和供給出現(xiàn)了許多矛盾。城市公共交通價(jià)格是分配城市客運(yùn)交通資源的重要手段,合理的客運(yùn)出租車價(jià)格可以通過改變出行者出行需求的彈性和出行機(jī)會成本,影響出行者的決策行為,使出行需求在交通方式和時空范圍等方面得到平衡。因此確定一種合理的出租車定價(jià)模型具有重要的實(shí)際意義。同時,租價(jià)的調(diào)整影響到乘客和出租車司機(jī)的利益,故本文建立了充分考慮政府、乘客、司機(jī)滿意度的多目標(biāo)定價(jià)模型。 論文首先對城市客運(yùn)出租車的基本特征、服務(wù)作用進(jìn)行分析,明確其區(qū)別于其他交通方式的獨(dú)有特點(diǎn),詳細(xì)分析了其與常規(guī)公交的互補(bǔ)與競爭的關(guān)系。并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了出租車價(jià)格基礎(chǔ)理論,通過運(yùn)價(jià)構(gòu)成、運(yùn)價(jià)水平、定價(jià)影響因素、狹義運(yùn)輸成本來做具體分析。 其次,依次分析常用定價(jià)模型及適用性,通過對出租車定價(jià)決定因素的分析,確定了多目標(biāo)定價(jià)的必要性,進(jìn)而構(gòu)造出城市客運(yùn)出租車的多目標(biāo)定價(jià)模型,并提出了模型求解算法。 最后,對成都市客運(yùn)出租車的價(jià)格進(jìn)行分析,一方面,通過調(diào)查獲得基本數(shù)據(jù)參數(shù),求出各目標(biāo)函數(shù)的權(quán)重系數(shù),用Lingo軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)對成都市出租車的多目標(biāo)定價(jià)模型求解,驗(yàn)證了模型的合理性；另一方面,針對近期不斷波動的油價(jià)變化,利用運(yùn)價(jià)油價(jià)聯(lián)動機(jī)制計(jì)算分析了成都市油價(jià)波動對出租車價(jià)格的影響。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, residents travel more and more frequently, and there are many contradictions in the demand and supply of travel.Urban public transport price is an important means to allocate urban passenger transport resources. A reasonable passenger taxi price can influence travelers' decision-making behavior by changing the elasticity of travelers' travel demand and travel opportunity cost.The travel demand is balanced in terms of transportation mode and space-time range.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to determine a reasonable taxi pricing model.At the same time, the adjustment of rental price affects the interests of passengers and taxi drivers, so this paper establishes a multi-objective pricing model that fully considers the satisfaction of the government, passengers and drivers.At first, the paper analyzes the basic characteristics and service function of urban passenger taxi, clarifies its unique characteristics different from other modes of transportation, and analyzes in detail the relationship between it and the complementary and competitive relationship between the taxi and conventional public transport.On this basis, the paper studies the basic theory of taxi price, and makes a concrete analysis through the composition of the freight rate, the level of the freight rate, the factors affecting the pricing, and the narrow sense of transportation cost.Secondly, by analyzing the common pricing models and their applicability, the necessity of multi-objective pricing is determined by analyzing the determinants of taxi pricing, and then the multi-objective pricing model of urban passenger taxis is constructed.A model solving algorithm is proposed.Finally, the price of Chengdu passenger taxi is analyzed. On the one hand, the basic data parameters are obtained through investigation, the weight coefficients of each objective function are obtained, and the multi-objective pricing model of Chengdu taxi is solved by Lingo software.The rationality of the model is verified, on the other hand, the influence of the fluctuation of oil price on taxi price in Chengdu is calculated and analyzed by using the linkage mechanism of transportation price and oil price, in view of the recent fluctuation of oil price.
