CA維修基地航材保障的優(yōu)化與精益管理

【摘要】:在過(guò)去十年間,中國(guó)民航機(jī)隊(duì)年均增長(zhǎng)速度達(dá)到10.95%,隨之而來(lái)民航維修行業(yè)規(guī)模也發(fā)展迅速,2012年中國(guó)民航維修市場(chǎng)總量達(dá)到23.2億美元,占世界MRO市場(chǎng)的5%,成為全球增長(zhǎng)最快的民航維修市場(chǎng)。然而,我國(guó)民航飛機(jī)維修產(chǎn)業(yè)的成本居高不下,形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,如何在保證安全的前提下,追求最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益是擺在飛機(jī)維修單位面前的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。在眾多因素中,如果飛機(jī)維修單位要想降低維修成本,首先要控制航材的成本。本文著重介紹了航材采購(gòu)有別與一般物料采購(gòu)特點(diǎn),并介紹了精益管理的思想。CA基地通過(guò)精益管理的思想,對(duì)所在基地的航材進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化控制,重點(diǎn)控制了最容易產(chǎn)生冗余器材的部分,結(jié)合大量生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)造成航材浪費(fèi)的原因,并根據(jù)精益管理的思想分析和解決了該類(lèi)問(wèn)題,CA基地還針對(duì)周轉(zhuǎn)件的可靠性等一系列問(wèn)題開(kāi)展了精益管理的工作,并且有效的解決了這類(lèi)問(wèn)題。本文用大量實(shí)例為我國(guó)航空公司通過(guò)精益管理如何控制航材成本提供了方向。
[Abstract]:In the past 10 years, the average annual growth rate of China's civil aviation fleet has reached 10.95%, and the scale of the civil aviation maintenance industry has also developed rapidly, with the total amount of China's civil aviation maintenance market reaching 2.32 billion US dollars in 2012.Account for the world's MRO market, become the world's fastest growing civil aviation maintenance market.However, the cost of civil aviation aircraft maintenance industry in our country is high and the situation is grim. How to pursue the maximum economic benefit under the premise of ensuring safety is an important problem in front of aircraft maintenance units.Among the many factors, if the aircraft maintenance unit wants to reduce the maintenance cost, it must first control the cost of aircraft materials.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of air material purchasing and general material purchasing, and introduces the ideas of lean management. CA base optimizes the control of aviation materials through lean management.Focusing on the parts that are most likely to produce redundant equipment, combined with the analysis of a large number of production data, we find out the reasons for the waste of aviation materials.According to the thought of lean management, this kind of problems are analyzed and solved, and a series of problems, such as reliability of turnover parts, are also carried out in CA base, and these problems are effectively solved.In this paper, a large number of examples are used to provide a direction for Chinese airlines to control the cost of aviation materials through lean management.
