【摘要】:改革開放以來(lái),我國(guó)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)理論上與實(shí)踐上取得了很大成績(jī),對(duì)建設(shè)我國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)和促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都起到了積極作用。在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)到來(lái)的今天,企業(yè)要想發(fā)展并在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,必須高度重視企業(yè)文化建設(shè),充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)文化在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中軟實(shí)力的核心作用。 面對(duì)越來(lái)越激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),為適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。路橋建設(shè)作為中國(guó)首批上市的施工企業(yè)也不例外、離不開企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。路橋建設(shè)路橋施工企業(yè)有無(wú)自己特有的符合企業(yè)自身的先進(jìn)企業(yè)文化,直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)能否持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,永葆生命力。 基于上述狀況,中交路橋建設(shè)公司應(yīng)構(gòu)建“以人為本”的企業(yè)文化策略:(1)全面梳理路橋公司管理制度,針對(duì)機(jī)關(guān)管理層和施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)制定不同的管理制度,加強(qiáng)對(duì)員工的培訓(xùn),實(shí)施制度再培訓(xùn);(2)提煉和強(qiáng)化以中交路橋企業(yè)精神為靈魂的價(jià)值觀念,樹立路橋人人格化的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí);(3)導(dǎo)入中交路橋公司企業(yè)形象識(shí)別系統(tǒng),通過企業(yè)形象設(shè)計(jì)向外界昭示企業(yè)精神、理念以及經(jīng)營(yíng)哲學(xué)等企業(yè)文化;(4)實(shí)施典型示范工程,把先進(jìn)典型的人和事物放映折射出來(lái),使企業(yè)廣大員工從這些先進(jìn)的人和事物吸取精神的食量,真正起到典型示范作用,從而促進(jìn)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)發(fā)展;(5)創(chuàng)新企業(yè)文化,積極營(yíng)造企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的良好氛圍;(6)打造團(tuán)隊(duì)企業(yè)文化,使企業(yè)員工個(gè)人要積極融入企業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)組織中去,才容易建設(shè)強(qiáng)有力的團(tuán)隊(duì)、發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)的合力作用。 為確保上述企業(yè)文化策略的有效實(shí)施,中交路橋建設(shè)公司應(yīng)構(gòu)建與之相應(yīng)的保障措施和對(duì)策,如建立“融合網(wǎng)”、提高公司的溝通效率和快速應(yīng)變能力,重新梳理公司業(yè)務(wù)流程、建立信息化ERP系統(tǒng),完善人力資源管理體系和組建高素質(zhì)的管理隊(duì)伍等。 本文首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了企業(yè)文化理論,然后分析路橋建設(shè)企業(yè)文化狀況和特殊性,針對(duì)面臨的問題,提出路橋建設(shè)企業(yè)文件的一些方案設(shè)計(jì),最后,總結(jié)出提升路橋企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, great achievements have been made in the construction of corporate culture in China, both in theory and in practice, which have played a positive role in building socialism with Chinese characteristics and promoting the development of the national economy. If an enterprise wants to develop and remain invincible in competition, it must attach great importance to the construction of enterprise culture and give full play to its core role of soft power in market competition. In the face of more and more fierce competition, in order to adapt to the economic development, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture has become the inevitable trend of the development of modern enterprises, the road and bridge construction as the first batch of construction enterprises listed on the market in China is no exception. Whether the road and bridge construction enterprises have their own unique advanced enterprise culture in line with the enterprise itself is directly related to the sustainable and healthy development and vitality of the enterprise. In view of the above situation, Zhongjiao Road and Bridge Construction Company should build a "people-oriented" corporate culture strategy: 1) comprehensively comb the road and bridge company's management system, formulate different management systems for the management of the organization and the construction site, and strengthen the training of employees. To refine and strengthen the value concept of taking the spirit of Zhongjiao Road Bridge as its soul, and to establish the humanized team consciousness of the road and bridge people; (3) to introduce the corporate image identification system of Zhongjiao Road Bridge Company. Through corporate image design to the outside world to show the spirit of enterprise, ideas and business philosophy and other corporate culture. 4) the implementation of typical demonstration projects, the projection of advanced and typical people and things to reflect out, So that the majority of the employees of the enterprise can absorb spiritual food from these advanced people and things, so as to truly play a exemplary role in promoting the construction and development of enterprise culture and innovating enterprise culture. To create a good atmosphere for the construction of enterprise culture (6) to create a team culture, to make the enterprise employees actively integrate into the organization of the enterprise team, it is easy to build a strong team and play the role of the team's resultant force. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the above corporate culture strategy, Zhongjiao Road and Bridge Construction Company should construct corresponding safeguard measures and countermeasures, such as establishing a "fusion network" to improve the communication efficiency and the ability of quick response of the company. Reorganize the business process of the company, establish the information ERP system, perfect the human resource management system and set up the high quality management team, etc. This paper first introduces the theory of corporate culture, then analyzes the cultural situation and particularity of the road and bridge construction enterprises, and puts forward some schemes and designs of the road and bridge construction enterprise documents. The countermeasures to improve the cultural construction of road and bridge enterprises are summarized.
