公路交通運(yùn)輸對陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響研究

【摘要】:作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)的公路交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè),對于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的影響作用。在各種交通運(yùn)輸方式中,公路交通運(yùn)輸是相對重要的一種。公路交通運(yùn)輸建設(shè)和發(fā)展速度越快、程度越高,對于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響就越為顯著。對研究公路交通運(yùn)輸影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展賦予了實(shí)際意義,并且體現(xiàn)出了研究的迫切性。 與全國其他省份進(jìn)行比較,陜西省省內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度與陜西省公路交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展程度均高于許多省份,,尤其在西部地區(qū),更是處于龍頭地位。2011年年底,陜西省的公路運(yùn)輸?shù)缆吠ㄜ嚴(yán)锍虜?shù)達(dá)到15.2萬公里,位居西部第一;經(jīng)濟(jì)更是快速發(fā)展,2011年,陜西省實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)總值12391.3億元,連續(xù)10年保持兩位數(shù)增長。陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)得到不斷發(fā)展的同時,陜西省公路交通運(yùn)輸也實(shí)現(xiàn)大跨步發(fā)展,且兩者發(fā)展具有相互影響和促進(jìn)作用。陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展會帶動陜西省公路交通運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展,同樣,陜西省公路交通運(yùn)輸?shù)玫桨l(fā)展又會反哺陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此,按照兩者關(guān)系來選擇研究陜西省公路交通運(yùn)輸對陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響具有典型代表性。該研究可以作為陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展相關(guān)政策決策的重要參考,并且在全國范圍內(nèi)可以為其他省份發(fā)展提供借鑒。 文章在研究中,闡述了文章的選題背景,分析了該研究實(shí)際作用和意義,確定了本文的研究方法和技術(shù)路線。本文中,既有定性的表述部分,又有定量的計算論證部分,確保文章有理有據(jù)。在研究本文時,先認(rèn)真分析了國內(nèi)和國外前人的研究成果,總結(jié)提煉出其研究思路與結(jié)論,并對比發(fā)現(xiàn)出其存在的缺陷與不足。研究公路交通運(yùn)輸對以陜西省為代表的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響時,從以下幾個方面進(jìn)行研究,分別是從對陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的區(qū)際聯(lián)系的影響、對陜西省的產(chǎn)業(yè)比率和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響、陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的總量的影響、對陜西省不同產(chǎn)業(yè)的合理布局的影響。主要通過這幾個方面對陜西省公路交通運(yùn)輸對于陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響進(jìn)行研究。 在對本文進(jìn)行研究時,是在閱讀了很多有關(guān)書籍、教材、期刊、報紙等相關(guān)資料前提下,滿足本文章研究的實(shí)際支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)及其他理論支撐,選取陜西省統(tǒng)計年鑒2002-2011年數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),建立了陜西省公路運(yùn)輸對于陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響指標(biāo)體系,分別構(gòu)建了公路運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)值指標(biāo)、公路運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)值指數(shù)指標(biāo)、公路客運(yùn)強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)、公路貨運(yùn)強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)四個評價指標(biāo)體系,通過計算與分析,定量的論證了陜西省公路交通運(yùn)輸對陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。 通過定性分析和定量分析,得出結(jié)論并提出相應(yīng)的建議及發(fā)展策略,即:繼續(xù)大力發(fā)展公路交通運(yùn)輸,實(shí)現(xiàn)公路交通運(yùn)輸可持續(xù)發(fā)展;廣開籌資渠道,保障公路建設(shè)資金;優(yōu)化公路交通運(yùn)輸對產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的影響;加強(qiáng)公路交通運(yùn)輸與陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;優(yōu)化城市資源布局,促進(jìn)沿線小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)與城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Highway transportation industry as a basic industry of the national economy, has a decisive effect on the regional economic sustainable development. In the various modes of transportation, highway transportation is a relatively important. Highway transportation construction and development of faster, higher degree of influence, for the regional economic development is more study on highway transportation is significant. The impact of regional economic development with practical significance, and reflects the urgency of the research.
Compared with other provinces, Shaanxi province economic development level and the Shaanxi province highway transportation development degree is higher than in many provinces, especially in the western region, it is in the leading position of.2011 at the end of the year, Shaanxi province highway transportation road mileage reached 152 thousand kilometers, ranking first in the West; economy is the rapid development, 2011 Shaanxi Province, the GDP of 1 trillion and 239 billion 130 million yuan, for 10 consecutive years to maintain two digit growth. Mainly through the aspects of the highway in Shaanxi Province The influence of traffic and transportation on the economic development of Shaanxi province is studied.
In the study of this paper is, after reading a lot of books, textbooks, journals, newspapers and other related information under the premise of meet the actual data support support this article research and other theories, select the statistical yearbook of Shaanxi Province in 2002-2011 years of data, the establishment of the Shaanxi province highway transportation index system for affecting the economic development of Shaanxi Province, were constructed output indicators of road transport, road transport index value index, strength index of highway passenger transport, the four evaluation index system of strength index of highway freight, through calculation and analysis, quantitative analysis demonstrates the impact of Shaanxi province highway transportation on the economic development of Shaanxi Province.
Through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, draws the conclusion and puts forward suggestions and corresponding development strategies, namely: to continue to vigorously develop the highway transportation, realize the sustainable development of highway transportation; broaden the financing channels, protection of highway construction funds; the optimization effect of highway transportation on industry layout; strengthen the coordinated development of economy and highway transportation in Shaanxi province the optimization of resources; city layout, promote the construction of small towns and urban and rural integration.
