【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)民航運(yùn)輸市場的快速發(fā)展，機(jī)場進(jìn)出港旅客數(shù)量不斷增加，要求機(jī)場能夠給旅客提供更加高效快捷的進(jìn)港、離港服務(wù)，如何對行李處理系統(tǒng)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，對客運(yùn)機(jī)場而言是提高整體運(yùn)作效率的重要途徑。行李處理系統(tǒng)是大型機(jī)場中最重要的系統(tǒng)之一，是機(jī)場正常運(yùn)營的重要保障，在滿足業(yè)務(wù)功能的前提下，其穩(wěn)定、可靠、高效的運(yùn)行對于機(jī)場正常運(yùn)營起著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文介紹了對大型機(jī)場行李處理系統(tǒng)流程的一些研究成果。 論文嘗試從旅客行李運(yùn)輸流程進(jìn)行分析：首先簡要分析旅客行李運(yùn)輸在提高民航運(yùn)輸質(zhì)量和旅客滿意度中的重要意義，提出了本文的研究目的和意義，以及研究內(nèi)容和思路。接著介紹了國內(nèi)外流程優(yōu)化理論研究基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)狀，以及在機(jī)場旅客行李運(yùn)輸方面的研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)民航旅客行李運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀和流程，根據(jù)IATA、民航總局制定的民航服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及現(xiàn)代航空行李運(yùn)輸?shù)暮饬恐笜?biāo)對運(yùn)行效果進(jìn)行分析，結(jié)合對流程優(yōu)化理論的研究和應(yīng)用，進(jìn)行航站樓內(nèi)旅客的行李流程優(yōu)化研究。文章介紹了行李處理系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)及其功能，，并通過分析歸納出目前機(jī)場旅客行李運(yùn)行中的主要問題，主要是：環(huán)節(jié)上存在問題、行李處理系統(tǒng)的人工智能化程度不高、信息不通暢和中轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)務(wù)不發(fā)達(dá)。最終，圍繞行李托運(yùn)環(huán)節(jié)、行李裝機(jī)環(huán)節(jié)、行李抵港環(huán)節(jié)、建立信息共享平臺、引進(jìn)第三方行李處理系統(tǒng)五個(gè)方面，提出對現(xiàn)有流程的改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化方案，以及對未來民航旅客行李運(yùn)輸?shù)恼雇瑢?shí)現(xiàn)對國內(nèi)民航行李運(yùn)輸流程的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the domestic civil aviation transportation market, the number of inbound and outbound passengers in and out of the airport continues to increase. The airport is required to provide passengers with more efficient and efficient inbound and outbound services. How to optimize the process of the baggage handling system, Baggage handling system is one of the most important systems in large airports, and it is an important guarantee for the normal operation of airports. On the premise of satisfying the business functions, the baggage handling system is stable and reliable. Efficient operation plays an important role in the normal operation of airports. This paper introduces some research results of baggage handling system in large airports. This paper attempts to analyze the process of passenger baggage transportation: firstly, it briefly analyzes the significance of passenger baggage transportation in improving the quality of civil aviation transportation and passenger satisfaction, and puts forward the purpose and significance of this paper. Then it introduces the theoretical research basis and present situation of domestic and foreign flow optimization, and the research on passenger baggage transportation at airport. On this basis, the current domestic civil aviation passenger baggage transport status and process are introduced. According to IATA-CAAC related standards of civil aviation service industry and modern air baggage transportation measurement index to analyze the operation effect, combined with the research and application of flow optimization theory, The paper introduces each subsystem of baggage processing system and its functions, and summarizes the main problems in the airport passenger baggage operation by analyzing and summarizing the main problems, mainly: problems exist in the links, The degree of artificial intelligence of the baggage processing system is not high, the information is not smooth and the transit business is not developed. Finally, the information sharing platform is established around the baggage check link, the baggage loading link, the baggage arrival link, and the baggage arrival link. This paper introduces five aspects of the third party baggage handling system, and puts forward the improvement and optimization scheme of the existing process, as well as the prospect of the future passenger baggage transportation of civil aviation, so as to realize the optimization of the domestic civil aviation baggage transportation process.
