【摘要】：利用扎根理論對(duì)近100篇關(guān)于摩拜單車的文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行三級(jí)編碼分析,逐步提煉出概念、主范疇、副范疇、核心范疇,構(gòu)建出由客戶價(jià)值主張、關(guān)鍵資源與流程設(shè)計(jì)、盈利能力培育等3個(gè)主范疇以及"價(jià)值創(chuàng)造"這一核心范疇組成的摩拜單車商業(yè)模式設(shè)計(jì)模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Using the grounded theory analysis of three encoding of nearly 100 articles about the v-mobile cycling literature, gradually refining the concept, main category, sub category, core category, constructed by the customer value proposition, key resources and process design, the profitability of cultivation of 3 main categories and "Mobell bicycle business model design model a core category consists of value creation, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
