【摘要】：以計(jì)劃行為理論為框架,引入追求新奇、信任和過去行為3個(gè)變量,探析了影響高速鐵路乘坐意向的關(guān)鍵因素,構(gòu)建了潛在出行者的高速鐵路乘坐意向模型。以收集的工作者和學(xué)生329個(gè)樣本數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),并以職業(yè)作為調(diào)節(jié)變量進(jìn)行了分組分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范和感知行為控制對高速鐵路乘坐意向均有直接的正向影響,其中態(tài)度最為顯著,主觀規(guī)范次之;追求新奇和信任對高速鐵路乘坐意向也有間接的正向影響,過去行為則直接正向地影響高速鐵路乘坐意向;職業(yè)變量在不同群組間的影響效應(yīng)存在顯著差異。由此,基于研究結(jié)果提出了高速鐵路運(yùn)營管理的若干建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of planning behavior and introducing three variables of pursuit novelty, trust and past behavior, this paper analyzes the key factors that affect the intention of high-speed railway ride. Based on 329 sample data collected by workers and students, the structural equation model is used to carry out empirical test. The study shows that attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control have direct positive effects on high-speed railway ride intention, among which attitude is the most significant, and subjective norm is the second. The pursuit of novelty and trust has an indirect positive effect on the high-speed railway ride intention, while past behavior directly positively affects the high-speed railway ride intention, and the effect of occupational variables on the high-speed railway ride intention is significantly different among different groups. Based on the research results, some suggestions on the operation and management of high-speed railway are put forward.
