【摘要】：近年來,全球性爆發(fā)的金融危機(jī)給各行各業(yè)造成了極大的傷害,尤其是經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的持續(xù)低彌,對賴之以生存的航運業(yè)產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響,同時,在航運的自身發(fā)展中,由于缺乏統(tǒng)一的游戲規(guī)則,導(dǎo)致各船公司盲目的擴(kuò)容,船舶運力無序擴(kuò)張。長期走低的運價和國際原油價格的飆升給原本就非常脆弱的航運市場雪上加霜,各集裝箱班輪公司經(jīng)營舉步維艱。 由于在營銷開源方面存在相當(dāng)大的困難,各大船公司紛紛將扭虧的希望集中到成本控制方面,對于燃油、調(diào)運、采購和租賃開展了全方位的調(diào)查和研究,制定規(guī)章制度來實行節(jié)流。并期待通過各種措施的執(zhí)行到位,將各項費用壓制到更低的水平,從而為公司在激烈的競爭中謀求生存打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。 在各項成本中,集裝箱管理成本在集裝箱航運公司的經(jīng)營成本中占有非常重要的地位,而作為這一成本的組成部分,集裝箱修理成本雖然占比不高,但管理上涉及項目較多,地域?qū)拸V,供應(yīng)商眾多,難度較大,同時從成本控制的效果看,修理成本一旦管理制度健全,措施到位,可以有立竿見影的效果。因此作為專題研究有非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本人參與及主管集裝箱修理工作十多年,熟悉各個環(huán)節(jié)的操作,具備較為豐富的經(jīng)驗,對存在問題有較為深刻的理解。因此,本文從現(xiàn)狀介紹-發(fā)現(xiàn)問題-分析原因-解決問題一步步展開,首先解讀了集裝箱修理的基本常識,接著以C公司為例介紹了船公司目前的集裝箱修理大致的成本規(guī)模,組織管理結(jié)構(gòu),基本的操作準(zhǔn)則和流程,并深入研究了修理的起因,以及當(dāng)前船公司在管理隊伍,系統(tǒng)運用及供應(yīng)商管理方面存在的問題,得出結(jié)論是在集裝箱修理諸多方面仍有較大的提升空間,于是,針對存在的問題文章一一展開,逐個進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化的分析,提出了較為實際的改進(jìn)方案,最后對于本次研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)回顧,并對未來提出了展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the global financial crisis has caused great harm to various industries, especially the sustained low level of economic and trade, which has had a great impact on the shipping industry, which depends on it. At the same time, in the development of shipping itself, As a result of the lack of uniform rules of the game, the blind expansion of shipping companies and the disorderly expansion of shipping capacity. The long period of low freight rates and the surge in international crude oil prices have compounded the already fragile shipping market. Container liner companies are struggling to operate. Because of the considerable difficulties in marketing open source, the major shipping companies have concentrated their hopes of turning losses on cost control. They have carried out comprehensive investigations and studies on fuel, transportation, procurement and leasing. Make rules and regulations to implement cost-cutting. And look forward to the implementation of various measures in place, will reduce the costs to a lower level, so as to build a good foundation for the company to survive in the fierce competition. Among the various costs, the cost of container management occupies a very important position in the operating cost of the container shipping company. As a part of the cost, the cost of container repair is not high, but the management involves more items. The area is wide, the supplier is numerous, the difficulty is big, at the same time from the cost control effect, once the management system is perfect and the measure is in place, the repair cost can have the immediate effect, therefore as the special topic research has the very important realistic significance. I participated in and in charge of container repair work for more than 10 years, familiar with the operation of various links, have a relatively rich experience, have a more profound understanding of the existing problems. In this paper, the present situation is introduced, the problem is discovered, the reason is analyzed, the problem is solved step by step, the basic knowledge of container repair is first explained, and then, taking C company as an example, the cost scale of container repair at present is introduced. Organization and management structure, basic operating rules and procedures, and in-depth study of the causes of repairs, as well as the current shipping company in the management team, system use and supplier management problems, The conclusion is that there is still much room for improvement in many aspects of container repair. In the end, the research is reviewed, and the future is prospected.
