【摘要】:在武漢市“十二五”規(guī)劃中明確指出,武漢新港作為長江流域重要的航運樞紐,承擔著國家“中部崛起”的重任。而在世界經(jīng)濟的一體化和全球化的推進下,港口間的競爭日益激烈,各個港口都在努力提升自身競爭力,其中港口物流服務質(zhì)量成為人們關注的焦點。但現(xiàn)有的研究多從政策的定性層面關注港口物流服務質(zhì)量的提升,缺乏事實有力的數(shù)據(jù)支撐,所以定量客觀的數(shù)據(jù)支撐是評價港口現(xiàn)狀的關鍵,從而找出突破口,提升港口物流服務質(zhì)量。 本文以定性和定量相結合的方法—云模型,對武漢新港港口物流服務質(zhì)量進行了評價。通過分析港口物流服務質(zhì)量影響因素和總結已有的港口物流服務質(zhì)量文獻的基礎上,建立了評價指標體系,利用云模型對指標體系進行評價時能充分體現(xiàn)出客觀性。 在確定指標權重的時候,本文使用了云模型改進層次分析法。用云模型改進了判斷矩陣標度,這樣能充分體現(xiàn)定性語言的隨機性和模糊性,能比較大的體現(xiàn)客觀性。 在使用專家打分法進行問卷調(diào)查后,本文使用了雙約束法處理了數(shù)據(jù),這樣在使用云模型時計算更加準確,主觀性比較低,為后面結果的分析提供了依據(jù)。 在結果分析時,本文充分的利用了云模型參數(shù)的意義,根據(jù)各個云參數(shù)所反映內(nèi)容,對比了各個指標,對總體評價做出了分析,最后提出了一些淺薄的建議。
[Abstract]:In the 12th Five-Year Plan of Wuhan City, it was clearly pointed out that as an important shipping hub in the Yangtze River Basin, Wuhan Xingang is shouldering the important task of "the rise of the central part" of the country. However, with the integration of the world economy and the promotion of globalization, The competition between ports is becoming increasingly fierce, each port is trying to improve its competitiveness, among which the quality of port logistics service has become the focus of attention. However, the existing researches focus on the improvement of port logistics service quality from the qualitative aspects of policy. The lack of factual data support, so quantitative and objective data support is the key to evaluate the port status, so as to find a breakthrough to improve the port logistics service quality. In this paper, the quality of port logistics service in the new port of Wuhan is evaluated by using the cloud model, which combines qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the service quality of port logistics and the summary of the existing literature on the quality of port logistics service, The evaluation index system is established, and the objectivity can be fully reflected when using cloud model to evaluate the index system. In determining the index weight, this paper uses the cloud model to improve the analytic hierarchy process and the cloud model to improve the scale of judgment matrix, which can fully reflect the randomness and fuzziness of qualitative language, and can reflect more objectivity. After using the expert scoring method to carry out the questionnaire survey, this paper uses the double constraint method to deal with the data, which is more accurate and less subjective when using the cloud model, which provides the basis for the analysis of the later results. In the analysis of the results, this paper makes full use of the meaning of the cloud model parameters, according to the content of each cloud parameter, compares each index, makes an analysis of the overall evaluation, and finally puts forward some shallow suggestions.
