【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,事業(yè)單位逐漸暴露出機(jī)構(gòu)臃腫、效率低下、人浮于事等問題和不足。鑒于此,國家從上世紀(jì)90年代初開始對(duì)事業(yè)單位進(jìn)行改革,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)進(jìn)入關(guān)鍵階段。面對(duì)改革的不斷推進(jìn),事業(yè)單位如能參照企業(yè)進(jìn)行企業(yè)文化建設(shè),以先進(jìn)文化為生存發(fā)展的支點(diǎn),用全新的管理理念、高效的管理機(jī)制,培育高素質(zhì)的職工隊(duì)伍,無疑對(duì)提升事業(yè)單位競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)事業(yè)單位又好又快發(fā)展意義重大。 本文指出了事業(yè)單位在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問題和不足。通過對(duì)青島市高速公路管理處企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的實(shí)例分析,包括文化問卷調(diào)研、總結(jié)提煉等環(huán)節(jié),給出了事業(yè)單位開展企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的基本思路和流程。通過參與青島市高速公路管理處的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,筆者認(rèn)為,事業(yè)單位開展企業(yè)文化建設(shè)是非常必要也是非�？尚械�。開展好企業(yè)文化建設(shè),使企業(yè)文化滲透到日常工作的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),無疑對(duì)提升事業(yè)單位的核心競爭力,促進(jìn)事業(yè)單位長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展大有裨益。 本文一方面可以歸結(jié)為理論分析與實(shí)例研究相結(jié)合,通過對(duì)青島市高速公路管理處企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的成功案例分析,來論證筆者的研究結(jié)論；另一方面在調(diào)查問卷設(shè)計(jì)上,較為全面和系統(tǒng)的對(duì)問卷進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),取得了預(yù)期的效果,對(duì)今后其他事業(yè)單位開展文化建設(shè)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country, public institutions have gradually exposed problems and deficiencies such as bloated institutions, low efficiency, over-staffing and so on. In view of this, the country began to reform public institutions in the early 1990s. Now it has entered a critical stage. In the face of the continuous progress of reform, if institutions can carry out corporate culture construction with reference to enterprises, take advanced culture as the fulcrum for survival and development, use a new management concept and an efficient management mechanism, It is of great significance to cultivate high-quality staff and workers to enhance the competitiveness of institutions and to realize good and rapid development of institutions. This paper points out the problems and shortcomings existing in the enterprise culture construction of the public institutions. Through the analysis of the examples of the enterprise culture construction of the expressway management office in Qingdao, including the investigation of the culture questionnaire, the summary and extraction, and so on, This paper gives the basic ideas and flow of enterprise culture construction in public institutions. Through participating in the enterprise culture construction project of Qingdao Expressway Management Office, the author thinks, It is very necessary and feasible for institutions to carry out the construction of corporate culture. It is no doubt that the development of good corporate culture will permeate all aspects of daily work to enhance the core competitiveness of public institutions. Promoting the long-term development of public institutions is of great benefit. On the one hand, this paper can be summed up as a combination of theoretical analysis and case study, through the analysis of successful cases of enterprise culture construction of Qingdao Expressway Management Office, to demonstrate the author's conclusions; on the other hand, in the design of questionnaire, More comprehensive and systematic design of the questionnaire, achieved the desired results, for other institutions to carry out cultural construction to provide a reference.
