國航飛機維修業(yè)務發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:20世紀以來,隨著企業(yè)經(jīng)營環(huán)境的迅速變化,企業(yè)只有注重戰(zhàn)略管理才能在激烈的競爭中得以生存和發(fā)展。利用戰(zhàn)略管理,不僅可以規(guī)劃出企業(yè)未來發(fā)展方向,還可以使決策和采取的行動協(xié)調(diào)一致,從而使企業(yè)獲得可持續(xù)性的競爭優(yōu)勢。企業(yè)之間的競爭,在相當程度上表現(xiàn)為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略思維、戰(zhàn)略定位的戰(zhàn)爭。因此,如何在激烈動蕩的民航飛機維修市場競爭關系中,制定和實施正確的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,已成為決定國航飛機維修業(yè)務能否立于不敗之地的關鍵。隨著民航維修業(yè)競爭的全球化,國航飛機維修業(yè)務必須強化公司戰(zhàn)略的實質(zhì)性內(nèi)容,自動自發(fā)地推動戰(zhàn)略實施,不斷強化競爭優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 中國國際航空股份有限公司(以下簡稱國航),作為我國三大航空運輸骨干企業(yè),在中國民航占有重要地位并享有良好聲譽。經(jīng)過多年的努力發(fā)展,國航在專業(yè)化分工,規(guī)模經(jīng)濟性,航線維護業(yè)務上具有明顯的優(yōu)勢;作為其重要業(yè)務板塊之一,飛機維修業(yè)也獲得了一定的發(fā)展,但是在戰(zhàn)略管理方面,依然存在著很多問題。因此,采用戰(zhàn)略管理理論和工具來分析、設計和完善國航飛機維修業(yè)務的戰(zhàn)略管理體系尤為重要。 戰(zhàn)略制定和實施首先明確公司面臨的環(huán)境和具備的條件。論文對國航飛機維修業(yè)務的外部環(huán)境(機會、威脅)和內(nèi)部條件(優(yōu)勢、劣勢)給予詳盡地分析。論文針對國航飛機維修業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略存在的問題從體系完善、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略實施重點等方面提出了具體的建議。 如果沒有高效的執(zhí)行,即使戰(zhàn)略制定得再完美,那也只是一紙空文。為了解決戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行中存在的問題,實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略實施的全面保證,在論文最后,從維修業(yè)務整合、管理體系整合、科學創(chuàng)新、IT管理體系提升、人力資源開發(fā)等方面,提出戰(zhàn)略實施具體的措施及結(jié)論。 本文強調(diào)戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略實施必須立足于企業(yè)實際,并善于適應不斷變化的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境。只有卓越的戰(zhàn)略制定加上卓越的執(zhí)行,才有可能成就卓越的企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Since the 20th century, with the rapid change of business environment, enterprises can only pay attention to strategic management to survive and develop in the fierce competition. Using strategic management, not only can the future development direction of enterprises be planned. It can also make decisions and actions coordinated, so that enterprises can gain sustainable competitive advantage. The competition among enterprises is, to a certain extent, a war of strategic thinking and strategic positioning. How to formulate and implement the correct enterprise strategy in the fierce and turbulent market competition of civil aviation aircraft maintenance has become the key to determine whether the aircraft maintenance business of Air China can be in an invincible position. With the globalization of civil aviation maintenance industry competition, Air China aircraft maintenance business must strengthen the substantive content of the company's strategy, automatically promote the implementation of the strategy, constantly strengthen the competitive advantage, and achieve sustainable development. China International Aviation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Air China), as China's three major air transport backbone enterprises, in China civil aviation occupies an important position and enjoys a good reputation. After years of efforts to develop, Air China in the specialized division of labor, Economy of scale and route maintenance have obvious advantages. As one of its important business sectors, aircraft maintenance industry has also achieved certain development, but in strategic management, there are still many problems. It is very important to use strategic management theory and tools to analyze, design and perfect the strategic management system of Air China aircraft maintenance business. The strategy formulation and implementation first make clear the environment and conditions that the company is faced with. The paper discusses the external environment (opportunities, threats) and internal conditions (advantages) of Air China aircraft maintenance business. The paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on the problems existing in the maintenance strategy of Air China aircraft from the aspects of system perfection, development strategy, key points of strategy implementation and so on. If there is no efficient implementation, even if the strategy is well formulated, it is only a dead letter. In order to solve the problems existing in the implementation of the strategy and realize the overall guarantee of the implementation of the strategy, at the end of the paper, from the maintenance business integration, The concrete measures and conclusions of strategic implementation are put forward in the aspects of integration of management system, scientific innovation, promotion of IT management system and development of human resources. This paper emphasizes that strategy and strategy implementation must be based on the reality of the enterprise and be good at adapting to the changing internal and external environment.
