高速鐵路客運(yùn)組織培訓(xùn)知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型與應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)框架研究

【摘要】:面對競爭激烈的旅客運(yùn)輸市場,高速鐵路的建設(shè)與發(fā)展使我國鐵路行業(yè)的核心競爭力得到了迅速提升,但要全面提高客運(yùn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,必須進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)客運(yùn)組織工作和人員素質(zhì)培養(yǎng),因為既有鐵路鍛煉出來的人才隊伍素質(zhì)很難滿足高速鐵路新技術(shù)、新設(shè)備、新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。培訓(xùn)是提升技能的重要方法,但我國高速鐵路尚未形成一套完整的客運(yùn)組織培訓(xùn)體系。如何高效的組織培訓(xùn)知識,建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的培訓(xùn)知識體系,指導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的研究開發(fā),實現(xiàn)無差別,快速常態(tài)化的培訓(xùn),全面提高從業(yè)人員的專業(yè)素質(zhì),已成為鐵路部門急待解決的問題。本文針對新形勢下我國高速鐵路培訓(xùn)設(shè)施和培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)相對落后的現(xiàn)狀,對高速鐵路客運(yùn)組織培訓(xùn)中知識組織、知識培訓(xùn)計劃、培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計等問題進(jìn)行了研究與探索,主要內(nèi)容如下: 1、根據(jù)高速鐵路客運(yùn)組織的主要內(nèi)容與特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了新形勢下我國高速鐵路客運(yùn)組織培訓(xùn)的需求分析。 2、應(yīng)用崗位勝任力理論,對高速鐵路客運(yùn)組織主要工作崗位職責(zé)和作業(yè)流程進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析。建立了客運(yùn)組織主要崗位勝任力模型和勝任力評價體系,得出影響崗位勝任力的主要因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了基于勝任力的培訓(xùn)知識體系。 3、在客運(yùn)組織知識體系分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)知識之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論與方法進(jìn)行知識組織研究。為滿足培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)自主性和智能化要求,運(yùn)用廣度優(yōu)先搜索算法對崗位知識抽取問題進(jìn)行了研究,采用改進(jìn)加權(quán)拓?fù)渑判蛩惴▽χR培訓(xùn)計劃的制定方法進(jìn)行了研究。 4、結(jié)合目前高速鐵路知識培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀和知識組織要求,進(jìn)行了培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的框架設(shè)計,包括系統(tǒng)設(shè)計目標(biāo)、功能模塊、系統(tǒng)流程、整體框架和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計,可以支持后續(xù)相應(yīng)軟件的開發(fā)。 本文對我國高速鐵路客運(yùn)組織培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的研究進(jìn)行了一些有益的嘗試和探索,希望所得結(jié)論對實現(xiàn)崗位知識培訓(xùn)的智能化有參考作用,能為全國高速鐵路客運(yùn)組織系統(tǒng)的人才培訓(xùn)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the face of the fierce competition in the passenger transport market, the construction and development of high-speed railway has rapidly promoted the core competitiveness of the railway industry in China, but it is necessary to improve the quality of passenger transport services in an all-round way. It is necessary to further strengthen the work of passenger transport organization and the training of personnel quality, because the quality of the personnel trained by the existing railways is very difficult to meet the requirements of new technologies, new equipment, and new standards for high-speed railway. Training is an important method for upgrading skills. However, China's high-speed railway has not yet formed a complete training system for passenger transport. How to efficiently organize training knowledge, establish standardized training knowledge system, guide the research and development of training system, and realize the training of no difference and fast normalization. It has become an urgent problem for railway departments to improve the professional quality of employees in an all-round way. In view of the fact that the training facilities and training system of high-speed railway in China are relatively backward under the new situation, the knowledge organization in high-speed railway passenger transport organization training is introduced in this paper. Knowledge training plan, training system structure design and other issues are studied and explored. The main contents are as follows:. 1. According to the main contents and characteristics of the high speed railway passenger transport organization, this paper analyzes the demand of the high speed railway passenger transport organization training in our country under the new situation. 2. Applying post competence theory, this paper systematically analyzes the main post responsibility and operation flow of high speed railway passenger transport organization, and establishes the competency model and competency evaluation system of passenger transport organization. The main factors influencing post competence are obtained, and the training knowledge system based on competency is established. 3. Based on the analysis of the knowledge system of passenger transport organization, the network theory and method are applied to study the knowledge organization according to the relationship between the knowledge. In order to meet the requirements of autonomy and intelligence of the training system, The problem of job knowledge extraction is studied by using breadth-first search algorithm, and the method of making knowledge training plan is studied by using the improved weighted topological sorting algorithm. 4. According to the current situation of high-speed railway knowledge training system and the requirement of knowledge organization, the frame design of the training system is carried out, including the system design goal, the function module, the system flow, the whole frame and the database design. Can support the subsequent development of the corresponding software. In this paper, some useful attempts and explorations have been made on the research of the training system of passenger transport organization of high-speed railway in China, and the conclusions can be used as reference to realize the intelligentization of post knowledge training. It can provide reference for the personnel training of the national high-speed railway passenger transport organization system.
