【摘要】：隨著當前國內經濟結構調整和產業(yè)升級步伐逐步加快,天津濱海新區(qū)“十大戰(zhàn)役”已全面展開,“一核雙港、九區(qū)支撐、龍頭帶動”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略正加快實施,可以預見,濱海新區(qū)的開發(fā)開放以及天津港創(chuàng)建世界一流企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略要求將會為天津港匯盛碼頭公司的未來發(fā)展帶來難得的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。作為一個全國規(guī)模最大、等級最高、現(xiàn)代化設備和管理理念最先進的雜貨碼頭公司,面對這樣一個戰(zhàn)略機遇期,依靠怎樣的發(fā)展思路和運營機制去迎接更加激烈的市場競爭、人才競爭和制度競爭,使企業(yè)適應目前“大開發(fā)、大開放”的格局,提升港口綜合服務能力,這個對企業(yè)最關鍵和最重要的問題就是企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文在對港口戰(zhàn)略管理的相關理論進行探討的基礎上,以天津港匯盛碼頭公司為研究對象,運用戰(zhàn)略管理理論的相關原理,對匯盛碼頭公司面臨的內部、外部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進行了全面細致的分析,以大量數(shù)據(jù)為支撐解析出公司目前面臨的機會與威脅,優(yōu)勢與劣勢。本文采用實證分析、對比分析等科學的研究方法和手段,對匯盛碼頭公司整體運營情況進行了調研和數(shù)據(jù)收集,系統(tǒng)思考并確定了公司的戰(zhàn)略目標和定位,在此基礎上制定了匯盛碼頭公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略重點。 文章最后針對戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析情況,分別從碼頭數(shù)字化和國際化建設方面提出了具體的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略措施。匯盛碼頭只有充分發(fā)揮自身區(qū)位、資源等優(yōu)勢,適應市場需求變化,大力提高自身服務能力和服務水平,才能實現(xiàn)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標,保持持續(xù)發(fā)展的勢頭。本文對天津港匯盛碼頭公司的發(fā)展提供了有益的參考,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the gradual acceleration of domestic economic restructuring and industrial upgrading, the "Ten battles" of Tianjin Binhai New area have been launched in an all-round way. The development strategy of "one nuclear, two ports, nine districts, and leading forces" is being implemented quickly, which can be foreseen. The development and opening of Binhai New area and the strategic requirements of Tianjin Port to establish world-class enterprises will bring rare opportunities and challenges to the future development of Tianjin Port Huisheng Wharf Company. In the face of such a strategic opportunity period, the most advanced general cargo wharf companies with modern equipment and management concepts rely on what development ideas and operational mechanisms to meet the more fierce market competition, talent competition and institutional competition. The development strategy is the most critical and important problem for the enterprise to adapt to the current pattern of "great development and great opening" and to enhance the comprehensive service capability of the port. Based on the discussion of the relevant theories of port strategic management, this paper takes Tianjin Port Huisheng Wharf Company as the research object, and applies the relevant principles of the strategic management theory to analyze the internal problems faced by Huisheng Wharf Company. The external strategic environment is analyzed comprehensively and meticulously, and the opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages facing the company are analyzed based on a large amount of data. This paper adopts scientific research methods and means, such as empirical analysis, comparative analysis, etc. Based on the investigation and data collection of Huisheng Wharf Company, the strategic objectives and positioning of Huisheng Wharf Company are systematically considered and determined. On this basis, the development strategic focus of Huisheng Wharf Company is formulated. Finally, according to the situation of strategic environment analysis, the paper puts forward specific development strategy measures from the aspects of digital and international construction of wharf. Huisheng wharf can only give full play to its own advantages, such as location, resources and so on, and adapt to the changes of market demand. In order to achieve the strategic goal of development and maintain the momentum of sustainable development, this paper provides a useful reference for the development of Tianjin Port, Exchange and Sheng Wharf Company, and has certain practical significance.
