【摘要】:與其它建設(shè)項(xiàng)目一樣,,公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在著來(lái)自各方面的干擾和威脅,使項(xiàng)目在費(fèi)用、工期、功能和運(yùn)行效益等方面存在達(dá)不到預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。青州新西環(huán)路項(xiàng)目對(duì)青州的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有重大意義,分析青州新西環(huán)路項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方案是項(xiàng)目順利完成的必要工作。公路工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目具有自身的特點(diǎn),研究影響公路項(xiàng)目順利進(jìn)行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略也具有一定的理論價(jià)值。 本文以工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的理論和方法為指導(dǎo),在對(duì)青州新西環(huán)路項(xiàng)目方案分析和調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)青州新西環(huán)路項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行研究,分析項(xiàng)目可能面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,識(shí)別項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略。 論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括,以定性分析方法分析青州新西環(huán)路項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的因素并進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,以定量方法對(duì)青州新西環(huán)路項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目方案與項(xiàng)目實(shí)施環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)青州新西環(huán)路項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略。在項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)中對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)的基本方法如風(fēng)險(xiǎn)回避、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)緩解、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)自留進(jìn)行分析,提出適合青州新西環(huán)路項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)的方法,并就具體方法的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。論文研究的基本目的是減少項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)損失,確保青州新西環(huán)路項(xiàng)目按時(shí)完成。
[Abstract]:Like other construction projects, the highway construction projects have all kinds of interference and threats in the process of implementation, so that the project in the cost, time limit, The risk of failing to reach the expected design goal exists in the aspects of function and operation benefit. The Qingzhou New West Ring Road project is of great significance to the economic development of Qingzhou, and the risk management of Qingzhou New West Ring Road Project is analyzed. It is necessary to design the project risk management scheme for the successful completion of the project. The highway construction project has its own characteristics. It is also of certain theoretical value to study the risk factors that affect the smooth progress of the highway project and put forward the risk coping strategy. Under the guidance of the theory and method of project risk management, based on the analysis and investigation of the project scheme of Qingzhou New West Ring Road, this paper studies the risk management of Qingzhou New West Ring Road project, and analyzes the risk factors that the project may face. Identify project risk and propose project risk response strategy. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the qualitative analysis method is used to analyze the risk factors of Qingzhou New West Ring Road project and the risk identification is carried out, and the quantitative method is used to evaluate the risk of Qingzhou New West Ring Road Project. Combining the project scheme with the project implementation environment design the Qingzhou New West Ring Road project risk response strategy. In the project risk response to the risk response basic methods such as risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk mitigation, The risk dispersion and risk retention are analyzed, and the methods suitable for the risk response of Qingzhou New West Ring Road Project are put forward, and the application of the specific methods is designed. The basic purpose of this paper is to reduce the risk loss of the project. Ensure that the Qingzhou New West Ring Road project is completed on time.
