【摘要】:2011年1月我國提出第一個國家級區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即國務(wù)院正式發(fā)布的《山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》!兑(guī)劃》中著重提出打造山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū),大力發(fā)展海洋運(yùn)輸物流業(yè),要把山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)成為國際先進(jìn)技術(shù)水平的東北亞物流中心和我國東部沿海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要增長極。 不負(fù)所望,目前我國半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)正處在快速發(fā)展的階段,尤其是依據(jù)山東半島港口群的現(xiàn)代海洋運(yùn)輸物流業(yè)的發(fā)展迅速,成為山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。但是越來越嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染、生態(tài)惡化等問題儼然已經(jīng)成為制約山東半島社會經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的一大瓶頸。2012年11月我國十八大創(chuàng)新性的提出了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想,以緩解當(dāng)前我國面對的資源緊缺、環(huán)境污染、生態(tài)惡化等制約社會發(fā)展的瓶頸問題。而甩掛運(yùn)輸作為一種先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)代物流運(yùn)輸方式,不僅能提高藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)物流業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效率和效益,而且特別符合政府倡導(dǎo)的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)文明、環(huán)境友好的建設(shè)思想。因此,近幾年我國國務(wù)院在有關(guān)節(jié)能減排的工作部署中和物流業(yè)調(diào)整與振興規(guī)劃中都重點(diǎn)提出了一定要大力發(fā)展甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)囊蟆K,藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)甩掛運(yùn)輸迎來了加快發(fā)展的良好契機(jī),并最終將促進(jìn)藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)物流道路貨運(yùn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級。 但是目前我國甩掛運(yùn)輸行業(yè)尚處在初步引進(jìn)、探索發(fā)展階段,各方面的建設(shè)尚不成熟,所以本文首先從戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論分析入手,通過對山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究,認(rèn)真分析甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)膬?nèi)涵,進(jìn)行了基于山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)甩掛運(yùn)輸結(jié)成戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的研究。然后,本文對藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的甩掛運(yùn)輸績效評價進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。最后,文章進(jìn)行了山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)甩掛運(yùn)輸市場分析,提出了發(fā)展山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)膶Σ呒按胧?第一章,介紹了山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)难芯勘尘、意義,闡述了藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)幕靖拍,國?nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文的主要研究內(nèi)容。 第二章,通過對山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究,利用物元分析法探討山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)甩掛運(yùn)輸企業(yè)聯(lián)盟的可行性分析、風(fēng)險及防范措施。 第三章,運(yùn)用平衡記分卡與AHP--模糊綜合評價法構(gòu)建了甩掛運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的績效模糊綜合評價模型,并對某一運(yùn)用甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)纳鲜形锪鞴緦?shí)例進(jìn)行了模型的應(yīng)用。 第四章,分析了甩掛運(yùn)輸主要優(yōu)勢,結(jié)合藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)甩掛運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,提出了藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)囊恍⿲Σ呒按胧?第五章,,對整篇論文進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In January 2011, our country put forward the first national level regional economic development strategy, that is, the "Development Plan for the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula", which was officially issued by the State Council. In order to develop the marine transportation logistics industry, it is necessary to build the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula into an international advanced technology logistics center in Northeast Asia and an important economic growth pole in the eastern coastal areas of China. Not to be expected, at present, the blue economic zone on the peninsula of our country is at a stage of rapid development, especially in light of the rapid development of the modern maritime transportation logistics industry in the Shandong Peninsula port group. It has become one of the important pillar industries in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula. But the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. Ecological deterioration and other problems have become a major bottleneck restricting the social and economic growth of the Shandong Peninsula. In November 2012, the 18th National Congress of our country creatively put forward the idea of ecological civilization construction, in order to alleviate the shortage of resources and environmental pollution faced by our country at present. As an advanced modern logistics transportation mode, it can not only improve the economic efficiency and benefit of the logistics industry in the blue economic zone, but also accord with the low-carbon economy advocated by the government. Therefore, in recent years, the State Council of our country has put forward the requirements of vigorously developing the transport industry in the planning for energy saving and emission reduction and in the plan for the adjustment and revitalization of the logistics industry. The blue economic zone has ushered in a good opportunity to speed up the development, and will eventually promote the transformation and upgrading of the logistics road freight transport industry in the blue economic zone. However, at present, the transport industry in China is still in the initial introduction, exploring the stage of development, the construction of all aspects is not yet mature, so this paper begins with the theoretical analysis of strategic alliance. Based on the study of the current situation of the development of the transportation in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, and the analysis of the connotation of the transportation, the paper studies the formation of strategic alliance based on the transportation in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula. This paper has carried on the correlation research to the blue economic zone's transportation performance evaluation. Finally, the article has carried on the Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone dumps and hangs the transportation market analysis, has proposed the development Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone dumps and hangs the transportation countermeasure and the measure. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the blue economic zone in Shandong Peninsula, expounds the basic concepts of the blue economic zone and suspended transport, the current research situation at home and abroad, and the main research contents of this paper. In the second chapter, through the research of the current situation of the transportation in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, the feasibility analysis, the risk and the preventive measures of the alliance of the transportation enterprises in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula are discussed by using the matter element analysis method. In the third chapter, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the performance of the transportation enterprises is constructed by using the balanced Scorecard and AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method, and the model is applied to a listed logistics company. In the fourth chapter, the author analyzes the main advantages of swinging and hanging transportation, and puts forward some countermeasures and measures for the development of swinging and hanging transportation in the blue economic zone in combination with the present situation of the development of the transportation of swinging and hanging in the blue economic zone. Chapter 5th summarizes the whole paper.
