【摘要】：高速鐵路的運營促進了區(qū)域之間的聯(lián)系,列車開行頻率對各區(qū)域可達性產(chǎn)生了顯著影響。一定區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)的可達性經(jīng)常被用于評價區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)劣。文章將可達性的概念擴展為分時段可達性,以縣級行政建制為基本單元節(jié)點,采用加權(quán)平均出行時間為指標描述各節(jié)點的分時段可達性,結(jié)合高速鐵路及道路交通網(wǎng)絡,定義不同交通方式的出行時間費用。以湖南省為例,通過Arc GIS計算得到省內(nèi)122個節(jié)點在17個時段內(nèi)的分時段可達性。根據(jù)各節(jié)點的分時段可達性值,得到湖南省122個節(jié)點的最佳出行時段Voronoi圖以及最佳出行時段的空間劃分,為區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)評價提供了新的方法。
[Abstract]:The operation of high-speed railways has facilitated regional linkages, The frequency of train running has a significant effect on the regional accessibility. The reachability in a certain area is often used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the regional spatial structure. In this paper, the concept of reachability is extended to time-divided accessibility. Based on the county administrative system as the basic unit node, the weighted average travel time is used as the index to describe the time interval accessibility of each node, combined with the high-speed railway and road traffic network. The travel time cost of different traffic modes is defined. Taking Hunan Province as an example, the time interval reachability of 122 nodes in the province is calculated by Arc GIS. According to the time interval reachability of each node, the time interval reachability of each node is calculated. The optimal travel time Voronoi diagram of 122 nodes in Hunan Province and the space partition of the optimal travel time are obtained, which provides a new method for the evaluation of regional spatial structure.
