中航凱天組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革研究

【摘要】:航空工業(yè)是一個(gè)特殊的行業(yè),作為國防工業(yè),,同樣受到經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的洗禮。為了歸納總結(jié)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化影響的中航工業(yè)屬下國有企業(yè)組織變革特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律,尋求企業(yè)適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境變化與競爭態(tài)勢(shì)的組織變革應(yīng)對(duì)辦法,本文以中航凱天2000年以來的組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革為研究對(duì)象,分析了企業(yè)面臨的外部環(huán)境變化情況,重點(diǎn)研究了企業(yè)推行的組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革過程,分析了不同階段企業(yè)組織變革動(dòng)因、取得的主要成果以及存在的主要問題。 研究過程重點(diǎn)關(guān)注四個(gè)方面:組織變革的本質(zhì)分析;組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整動(dòng)因、主要成效與主要問題;系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革的方法;總結(jié)組織變革規(guī)律以及如何改進(jìn)凱天公司的組織變革。 通過對(duì)中航凱天組織變革的研究,提出了國有企業(yè)“局部組織變革、系統(tǒng)組織變革、本質(zhì)化組織變革”三階段模式,以及“從上至下形成戰(zhàn)略到崗位的組織與任務(wù)分解體系,從下至上形成崗位實(shí)現(xiàn)到戰(zhàn)略實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)完成與評(píng)價(jià)體系”的企業(yè)雙向管理邏輯框架。 本文針對(duì)凱天公司兩個(gè)階段組織變革進(jìn)行分析與研究,結(jié)合組織變革的本質(zhì)研究,對(duì)公司組織變革后延作了設(shè)計(jì)。凱天公司的組織變革研究在一定程度上折射出行業(yè)管理與組織變革的特點(diǎn),從中總結(jié)出的規(guī)律和方法,對(duì)其他類似的企業(yè)有著積極的參考和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Aviation industry is a special industry. As a national defense industry, it is also baptized by economic globalization. In this paper, the change of organization structure since 2000 is taken as the research object, and the change of external environment is analyzed. This paper focuses on the process of organizational structure change, analyzes the motivation, the main achievements and the existing problems of the organizational change in different stages. The research process focuses on four aspects: the essential analysis of organizational change, the motivation of organizational structure adjustment, the main achievements and main problems, the methods of systematic organizational structural change; Summarize the rules of organizational change and how to improve the organizational change of Kaitian Company. Through the research on the organizational change of CAAC, the paper puts forward the three-stage model of "local organizational change, systematic organizational change and essential organizational change" in state-owned enterprises, as well as the organizational and task decomposition system from top to bottom to form strategy to post. From the bottom to the top, it forms the objective completion and evaluation system of the position realization to the strategic realization "the enterprise bidirectional management logical frame." This paper analyzes and studies the organizational change in two stages of Kaesan Company, combining with the essence of organizational change. The research on organizational change of Kaitian Company reflects to a certain extent the characteristics of industry management and organizational change, and summarizes the rules and methods from it. Other similar enterprises have a positive reference and reference role.
