【摘要】：作為綜合物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),港口的功能逐漸多樣化、全方位化。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球一體化的發(fā)展日漸成熟,港口在促進(jìn)一國(guó)或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易中的作用越發(fā)不可替代。作為渤海灣北岸全面對(duì)外開放的國(guó)際商港,近年來(lái),憑借良好的地理位置優(yōu)勢(shì),錦州港實(shí)現(xiàn)了良好的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭,全港貨物吞吐量年平均增長(zhǎng)21.5%,但是在實(shí)現(xiàn)良性發(fā)展的同時(shí)錦州港也面臨著周圍港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),且在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于劣勢(shì)地位,因此,為了促使錦州港在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)有利地位,實(shí)現(xiàn)錦州港億噸大港的建設(shè)目標(biāo),本文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面展開研究： 首先,主要介紹了港口的服務(wù)、運(yùn)輸、工業(yè)及貿(mào)易、國(guó)防軍事功能,并在此基礎(chǔ)上明確了港口的對(duì)促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、貿(mào)易繁榮的作用,最后對(duì)錦州港在促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用做了簡(jiǎn)單介紹,為后文分析錦州港的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境奠定基礎(chǔ)。 其次,運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的知識(shí),分內(nèi)外部?jī)蓚�(gè)方面對(duì)錦州港發(fā)展的企業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)得出錦州港發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)以及要面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。并根據(jù)錦州港近幾年的吞吐量情況運(yùn)用灰色系統(tǒng)理論對(duì)錦州港全港貨物、煤炭、油品以及集裝箱的吞吐量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),以把握錦州港貨物吞吐量的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 最后,在綜合分析錦州港發(fā)展內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和吞吐量預(yù)測(cè)的的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)錦州港實(shí)現(xiàn)億噸大港的發(fā)展目標(biāo)提出策略建議。
[Abstract]:As an important node of the integrated logistics network, the functions of the port are gradually diversified and omnidirectional. With the development of global economic integration, The role of ports in promoting the economic and trade of a country or region is becoming more and more irreplaceable. As an international commercial port that is fully open to the outside world on the north coast of Bohai Bay, in recent years, with the advantage of good geographical location, Jinzhou Port has achieved a good momentum of development. The throughput of goods in Hong Kong has increased by an average of 21.5a per year, but at the same time the Jinzhou Port is facing competition from the surrounding ports and is at a disadvantage in the competition, in order to promote the Jinzhou Port to occupy a favorable position in the fierce competition, In order to realize the construction goal of Jinzhou Port, this paper mainly studies from the following aspects:. First of all, it mainly introduces the service, transportation, industry and trade, national defense and military functions of the port, and on the basis of this, it clarifies the role of the port in promoting regional economic development and trade prosperity. Finally, the role of Jinzhou Port in promoting regional economic development is briefly introduced, which lays a foundation for the analysis of Jinzhou Port's internal and external environment. Secondly, using the knowledge of enterprise strategic management, analyzing the enterprise environment of Jinzhou port development from internal and external aspects, summing up the advantages of Jinzhou port development. Disadvantages and opportunities and challenges to be faced. According to the throughput of Jinzhou Port in recent years, the grey system theory is used to predict the throughput of all cargo, coal, oil and containers in Jinzhou Port. In order to grasp the Jinzhou port cargo throughput development trend. Finally, on the basis of synthetically analyzing the internal and external environment of Jinzhou port development and the forecast of throughput, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to realize the development goal of Jinzhou port.
