【摘要】：針對(duì)航運(yùn)低碳投資支出巨大的問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)性乘數(shù),對(duì)我國(guó)用于低碳航運(yùn)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈中的支出產(chǎn)生的乘數(shù)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行研究.由兩部門計(jì)算的簡(jiǎn)單投資乘數(shù)為1.547 7,由四部門計(jì)算的投資乘數(shù)均值為1.293 1.從長(zhǎng)期看,乘數(shù)效應(yīng)反映出航運(yùn)低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資收益大于投資支出,對(duì)航運(yùn)業(yè)低碳減排具有現(xiàn)實(shí)和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the low carbon investment spending huge problems, the use of structural multiplier, research on multiplier effect in China for low-carbon shipping industry value chain spending generated. Calculated by the two departments of the simple investment multiplier is 1.5477, the average investment multiplier calculated by the four sector was 1.293 1. in the long term, reflecting the multiplier effect shipping low carbon industry investment income is greater than the investment spending, has practical and economic significance for the shipping industry low carbon emissions.
