【摘要】：動態(tài)能力是企業(yè)為了適應(yīng)復(fù)雜多變的環(huán)境，進行自身資源整合的能力，其主要的研究目的就是為了企業(yè)能夠在動蕩的環(huán)境中獲取持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢。隨著社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，人們需求出現(xiàn)了高度的不確定性，導(dǎo)致了集裝箱運輸企業(yè)適箱貨源時常發(fā)生不確定性變化，使得集裝箱運輸企業(yè)面臨的競爭環(huán)境更加復(fù)雜多變。在這樣的環(huán)境下，，企業(yè)必須要進行自身資源的整合來適應(yīng)環(huán)境的變化。而這種通過資源整合來獲取競爭優(yōu)勢正是動態(tài)能力研究的核心思想，所以研究集裝箱運輸企業(yè)動態(tài)能力，對在復(fù)雜多變的環(huán)境下獲得競爭優(yōu)勢有著十分重要的意義。本文對集裝箱運輸企業(yè)動態(tài)能力進行研究，其主要內(nèi)容有以下幾個方面： 首先，本文對動態(tài)能力和集裝箱運輸相關(guān)文獻進行了整理，對動態(tài)能力的發(fā)展、內(nèi)涵界定、階層及特征、維度劃分和分析視角5個方面以及集裝箱運輸定性研究、碼頭運作、路線選擇、成本控制等方面進行了綜述，為后文研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次，通過調(diào)研分析以及收集資料，與集裝箱運輸企業(yè)自身特性相結(jié)合，對集裝箱運輸企業(yè)動態(tài)能力內(nèi)涵進行了界定，初步提出了其動態(tài)能力關(guān)于環(huán)境感知、信息吸收和資源整合3個研究維度，并構(gòu)建了動態(tài)能力結(jié)構(gòu)分析框架。 接著，以李克特5級量表為基礎(chǔ)，設(shè)計了集裝箱運輸企業(yè)動態(tài)能力三個維度、11個測量題項的量表，通過問卷的形式完成了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的收集。然后，利用因子分析法對問卷樣本進行統(tǒng)計分析，驗證了本研究的動態(tài)能力維度，其結(jié)論顯示集裝箱運輸企業(yè)動態(tài)能力由上述三個維度構(gòu)成具有一定的合理性。 然后，本文以長安民生為案例分析對象，利用上述動態(tài)能力維度對其進行了定性分析，并通過問卷調(diào)查的形式企業(yè)內(nèi)部采集數(shù)據(jù)，利用AHP-模糊綜合評價對其動態(tài)能力進行了綜合評價。 最后，本文根據(jù)對集裝箱運輸企業(yè)動態(tài)能力的研究，從動態(tài)能力3個研究維度以及企業(yè)柔性四個角度，14個方面提出了集裝箱運輸企業(yè)動態(tài)能力的培育策略，希望對其動態(tài)能力的發(fā)展和完善在一定程度上提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Dynamic capability is the ability of enterprise to integrate its own resources in order to adapt to the complex and changeable environment. The main purpose of its research is to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage in the turbulent environment. There is a high degree of uncertainty in the demand of people, which leads to the uncertainty change of container transportation enterprises' suitable cargo sources, and makes the competition environment of container transportation enterprises more complex and changeable. In such an environment, Enterprises must integrate their own resources to adapt to the change of environment, and this kind of integration of resources to obtain competitive advantage is the core idea of dynamic capability research, so the research on dynamic capability of container transportation enterprises, It is very important to obtain the competitive advantage in the complex and changeable environment. This paper studies the dynamic capability of container transportation enterprises, the main contents of which are as follows:. First of all, this paper collates the related documents of dynamic capacity and container transportation, including the development of dynamic capability, definition of connotation, stratum and characteristics, dimension division and analysis perspective, qualitative study of container transportation, terminal operation. Route selection, cost control and other aspects are reviewed, which provides a theoretical basis for later studies. Secondly, through investigation and analysis and data collection, combined with the characteristics of container transport enterprises, the connotation of dynamic capability of container transport enterprises is defined, and its dynamic capability about environmental perception is preliminarily put forward. Three dimensions of information absorption and resource integration are studied, and a dynamic capability structure analysis framework is constructed. Then, based on the Richter 5 scale, the paper designs three dimensions of dynamic capability and 11 measurement items of container transportation enterprises, and completes the collection of relevant data by questionnaire. Factor analysis is used to analyze the questionnaire samples and the dynamic capability dimension of this study is verified. The conclusion shows that the dynamic capability of container transportation enterprises is made up of the above three dimensions to a certain extent. Then, this paper takes Changan people's livelihood as the case study object, uses the above dynamic ability dimension to carry on the qualitative analysis to it, and collects the data through the form of the questionnaire survey inside the enterprise. AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate its dynamic ability. Finally, based on the research of dynamic capability of container transportation enterprises, this paper puts forward the cultivation strategy of dynamic capability of container transportation enterprises from three dimensions of dynamic capability and four aspects of enterprise flexibility. The author hopes to help the development and improvement of its dynamic ability to a certain extent.
