【摘要】：海河直達(dá)聯(lián)運(yùn)是海河聯(lián)運(yùn)的一種方式，是指利用海、河兩種運(yùn)輸工具的鏈接，方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)而又快捷的完成貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)囊环N運(yùn)輸形式，具有成本低、能耗小、污染輕等特點(diǎn)，是一種綠色的交通運(yùn)輸方式。寧波-舟山港地處我國長江流域經(jīng)濟(jì)地帶與東部沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶“T”型交匯處，寧波-舟山港一體化是浙江省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)。寧波-舟山港海河直達(dá)聯(lián)運(yùn)有利于完善集疏運(yùn)體系，發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)，但目前寧波-舟山港還處于傳統(tǒng)物流狀態(tài)，，還未實(shí)現(xiàn)第三代港口功能，存在內(nèi)河航道等級低、專用碼頭少、港區(qū)分散等問題。 本文選取了寧波-舟山港作為研究對象，通過對國內(nèi)外海河直達(dá)聯(lián)運(yùn)成功案例的研究，根據(jù)寧波-舟山港海河直達(dá)聯(lián)運(yùn)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題，提出發(fā)展寧波-舟山港海河直達(dá)聯(lián)運(yùn)的對策建議。 文章主要結(jié)構(gòu)為，1、寧波-舟山港發(fā)展海河直達(dá)聯(lián)運(yùn)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。2、發(fā)展寧波-舟山港海河直達(dá)聯(lián)運(yùn)的戰(zhàn)略意義以及效益分析。3、發(fā)展寧波-舟山港海河直達(dá)聯(lián)運(yùn)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Haihe direct transport is a way of sea river transport. It refers to the convenient, economical and quick way to complete the transport of goods by using the links between sea and river transport means. It has the characteristics of low cost, low energy consumption, light pollution, and so on. Ningbo-Zhoushan Port is located at the junction of the economic zone of the Yangtze River Basin and the eastern coastal economic belt "T" in our country. The integration of Ningbo and Zhoushan ports is the strategic focus of Zhejiang's marine economy. Ningbo-Zhoushan Port-Haihe Direct Transport is conducive to improving the transportation system and developing the marine economy, but at present Ningbo-Zhoushan Port is still in the state of traditional logistics. The third generation port function has not been realized, there are some problems, such as low grade of inland waterway, less special wharf and scattered port area, etc. This paper selects Ningbo-Zhoushan Port as the research object, through the domestic and foreign sea river direct transport successful case research, according to Ningbo-Zhoushan port sea river direct transport transport development present situation and the question. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Ningbo-Zhoushan port sea-river direct transport are put forward. The main structure of the article is as follows: 1. The present situation and existing problems of the development of sea river direct transport from Ningbo to Zhoushan Port. The strategic significance and benefit analysis of the development of sea river direct transport from Ningbo to Zhoushan Port, and the development of Ningbo Zhoushan Port and Sea. Countermeasures and suggestions for direct river transport.
