南航企業(yè)文化對比分析研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)文化管理作為一種新的競爭模式,日益受到企業(yè)管理的重視和青睞,在國際化經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的背景下,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提出了很多問題,企業(yè)文化的發(fā)展和企業(yè)管理直接也有著密切的關(guān)系。 論文介紹了企業(yè)文化的產(chǎn)生,結(jié)合中國南方航空股份有限公司(ChinaSouthernAirlinesCompanyLimited,,以下簡稱“南航”)企業(yè)文化的發(fā)展,創(chuàng)新以及與國內(nèi)外其他知名企業(yè)企業(yè)文化的對比分析,提出南航企業(yè)文化的優(yōu)勢和差距,并提出好的措施和策略對企業(yè)文化的落地進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步闡述。有效地證明企業(yè)文化對企業(yè)的成功有著相輔相成的促進(jìn)作用。 文章重點(diǎn)采用對比分析等方法,研究分析發(fā)現(xiàn),南航企業(yè)文化對南航戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展起到了積極的促進(jìn)作用,但仍然存在認(rèn)可度不高的問題,本論文通過分析研究從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展角度來研究南航在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中與其他企業(yè)的差異,是否適合南航自身的發(fā)展需要,對南航企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)、實(shí)踐提出若干建議,對南航企業(yè)文化在員工范圍內(nèi)得到廣泛認(rèn)可起到了積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture management, as a new competition mode, is paid more and more attention to by enterprise management day by day. Under the background of the integration of international economy, many problems have been raised in the construction of enterprise culture. The development of enterprise culture and enterprise management also have close relation directly. This paper introduces the emergence of corporate culture, combining with the development, innovation of China Southern Airlines Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Southern Airlines") and the comparative analysis of corporate culture with other well-known enterprises at home and abroad. This paper puts forward the advantages and differences of the enterprise culture of China Southern Airlines, and puts forward some good measures and strategies to further expound the landing of the enterprise culture, which effectively proves that the enterprise culture has a complementary and promoting effect on the success of the enterprise. This paper focuses on comparative analysis and finds that the corporate culture of China Southern Airlines has played a positive role in promoting the strategic transformation and development of China Southern Airlines, but there is still a problem of low recognition. Through the analysis and study of the differences between China Southern Airlines and other enterprises in the construction of enterprise culture from the angle of enterprise strategic development, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of enterprise culture of China Southern Airlines, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of enterprise culture of China Southern Airlines. China Southern Airlines corporate culture in the staff has been widely recognized to play a positive role.
