【摘要】：縱觀“十二五”面臨的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì),在天津市總體戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃下,在濱海新區(qū)開發(fā)開放大發(fā)展形式下,天津港面臨著難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,集裝箱物流是世界航運(yùn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),天津港集裝箱物流中心作為天津港物流業(yè)重要環(huán)節(jié),它的發(fā)展需要進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略性的思考。 “十一五”期間,在天津港建設(shè)世界一流大港總體戰(zhàn)略的指引下,天津港集裝箱物流中心(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“園區(qū)”)的開發(fā)建設(shè)和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理取得了豐碩成果,在一片鹽堿荒灘上初步建立了一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的新型園區(qū)。但是面對(duì)“十二五”時(shí)期新的宏觀形勢(shì)和天津港創(chuàng)建世界一流企業(yè)的新戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),天津港集裝箱物流中心要實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型,調(diào)整完善發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,形成園區(qū)功能業(yè)務(wù)特色,才能在新的發(fā)展階段形成新的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文在全面總結(jié)物流中心“十一五”期間發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,從園區(qū)的內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部環(huán)境入手進(jìn)行SWOT分析,在外部環(huán)境中主要分析十二五期間的政治、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、行業(yè)環(huán)境、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及國(guó)內(nèi)外具有充分借鑒意義的其他港口物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和模式,針對(duì)行業(yè)環(huán)境運(yùn)用五力模型,對(duì)園區(qū)在十二五期間發(fā)展優(yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行具體分析,在內(nèi)外部環(huán)境綜合分析、參考借鑒的基礎(chǔ)上,制定了轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),開拓新的市場(chǎng),形成新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),將天津港集裝箱物流中心建設(shè)發(fā)展成為中國(guó)北方規(guī)模大、輻射能力強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)代集裝箱物流基地的發(fā)展原則和目標(biāo)。同時(shí),將著重闡釋物流配套設(shè)施、物流服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)功能的定位和設(shè)置,并為保障實(shí)施提出加快建設(shè)設(shè)施、運(yùn)輸、管理、信息和政策5大平臺(tái)的具體建議。今年,已經(jīng)進(jìn)入十二五攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期,天津港集裝箱物流中心即將進(jìn)入新的發(fā)展時(shí)期,希望本論文的研究和建議對(duì)園區(qū)未來發(fā)展具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In 12th Five-Year the international and domestic situation, in the overall strategic planning of Tianjin City, the development of open form in the development of Binhai New Area, Tianjin port is facing rare opportunities for development, container logistics is the development of world shipping industry trends, Tianjin port container logistics center of Tianjin port logistics industry as an important link, its development needs strategic thinking.
"11th Five-Year" period, in the overall strategy of Tianjin port construction of world-class port under the guidance of Tianjin Port Container Logistics Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Park") of the development and management has achieved fruitful results, in a saline wasteland on the initial establishment of a new modern park. But facing the new strategic target in 12th Five-Year during the period of the new macro situation and Tianjin port to create world-class enterprises, to achieve the transformation of Tianjin port container logistics center, adjust the development strategy, the formation of the park business characteristics, in order to form a new competitive advantages in the new stage of development.
Based on the summarization of the logistics center "11th Five-Year" during the development experience of the park, from the internal and external environment of SWOT analysis, in the external environment are analyzed in 12th Five-Year during the period of political, economic, technology, industry environment, full reference of the other port logistics park operation experience and modes with the development trend of domestic and according to the industry environment, using the five forces model, the park in 12th Five-Year during the development of the advantages and disadvantages of specific analysis, the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment, based on the reference set, change the mode of economic development, adjust the industrial structure, develop new markets, the formation of a new economic growth point, the Tianjin port container logistics center construction the development of the North China become large scale, development principle and target radiation ability of modern container logistics base. At the same time, will focus on the interpretation of logistics Facilities, logistics service function positioning and setting, and speed up the construction of facilities for implementing transportation, management, information and policy suggestions of the 5 platforms. This year, 12th Five-Year has entered a crucial period, Tianjin port container logistics center will enter a new period of development, hope the research and suggestions of this thesis has certain guidance for the future development of the park.
