【摘要】：航空產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅是體現(xiàn)一個國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平標(biāo)志性產(chǎn)業(yè)，且是國家當(dāng)前重點扶持的戰(zhàn)略性高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)，對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的輻射和帶動作用十分巨大，對提升產(chǎn)業(yè)層次和綜合競爭力具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。研究機(jī)場企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題能幫助企業(yè)明確發(fā)展定位，提升企業(yè)競爭力，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)快速發(fā)展，是值得我們關(guān)注和探討的課題。 本文研究的主要思路是：首先通過介紹國內(nèi)外機(jī)場戰(zhàn)略研究現(xiàn)狀、石家莊機(jī)場發(fā)展歷史回顧及目前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，提出了石家莊機(jī)場目前面臨的戰(zhàn)略問題。然后運用SWOT研究方法分析了企業(yè)面臨的機(jī)遇與威脅，內(nèi)部優(yōu)劣勢，并著重分析了石家莊機(jī)場與周邊大型機(jī)場的競合關(guān)系，進(jìn)而論述了石家莊機(jī)場航空“大眾化”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的可行性。最后提出通過實施航空“大眾化”戰(zhàn)略來實現(xiàn)石家莊機(jī)場與京津等周邊競爭機(jī)場的功能錯位發(fā)展的觀點，并提出了航空“大眾化”發(fā)展的具體實施措施和保障措施。 本文旨在通過實施航空“大眾化”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略措施，將石家莊機(jī)場建設(shè)成為華北地區(qū)低成本樞紐機(jī)場和首都機(jī)場主要客貨分流機(jī)場，實現(xiàn)京津冀機(jī)場群功能錯位發(fā)展，迅速做大做強石家莊機(jī)場。希望本文能夠為石家莊機(jī)場發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究提供參考，也希望能夠為其他兄弟機(jī)場提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The aviation industry is not only a symbol of the level of economic development of a country and a region, but also a strategic high-tech industry supported by the state at present. It has a huge radiation and driving effect on the national economy. It is of great strategic significance to improve the industrial level and the comprehensive competitiveness. It is a topic worthy of our attention and discussion to study the development strategy of airport enterprises to help enterprises to make clear their development orientation, to enhance their competitiveness and to realize the rapid development of enterprises. The main ideas of this paper are as follows: firstly, by introducing the present situation of airport strategy research at home and abroad, the history of Shijiazhuang airport development and the present development situation, This paper puts forward the strategic problems that Shijiazhuang Airport is facing at present. Then it analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by enterprises, internal advantages and disadvantages, and emphatically analyzes the competing relationship between Shijiazhuang Airport and surrounding large airports by using SWOT research method. The feasibility of the development strategy of "popularization" of aviation in Shijiazhuang Airport is discussed. Finally, the viewpoint that the function of Shijiazhuang Airport and the neighboring competitive airports such as Beijing and Tianjin can be realized by implementing the strategy of "Popularization" of Aviation is put forward. And put forward the aeronautical "popular" development concrete implementation measure and safeguard measure. The purpose of this paper is to build Shijiazhuang Airport into a major passenger and cargo distribution airport in North China by implementing the development strategy of "popularization" of aviation, so as to realize the function dislocation development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei airport group. It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for Shijiazhuang airport development strategy research and other sibling airports.
