【摘要】：內(nèi)蒙古機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán)作為國(guó)內(nèi)重要的支線機(jī)場(chǎng)管理公司正處于快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,如何提高機(jī)場(chǎng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,有效解決企業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的眾多問題,提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是管理者需要考慮的重要問題。信息技術(shù)在各類機(jī)場(chǎng)管理中的成功應(yīng)用為內(nèi)蒙古機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán)解決這些問題帶來(lái)了可能,為此內(nèi)蒙古機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán)在2006年11月開始首先在呼和浩特機(jī)場(chǎng)實(shí)施了SAP系統(tǒng),2007年10月SAP系統(tǒng)又陸續(xù)在包頭機(jī)場(chǎng)、呼倫貝爾機(jī)場(chǎng)等其他6家支線機(jī)場(chǎng)上線。2010年到2011年二連機(jī)場(chǎng)、阿爾山機(jī)場(chǎng)、巴彥淖爾機(jī)場(chǎng)也啟用SAP系統(tǒng)。本文依據(jù)SAP系統(tǒng)財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊在內(nèi)蒙古機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán)的研究,從內(nèi)蒙古機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán)的概況、SAP系統(tǒng)的概況、SAP系統(tǒng)財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊在內(nèi)蒙古機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,其中SAP系統(tǒng)財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊在內(nèi)蒙古機(jī)場(chǎng)的應(yīng)用研究為本論文的重點(diǎn)所在。通過這樣對(duì)SAP系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)闡述,希望可以為其他支線機(jī)場(chǎng)實(shí)施SAP系統(tǒng)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:As an important branch airport management company in China, Inner Mongolia Airport Group is in a period of rapid development. How to improve the operational efficiency of the airport and effectively solve the many problems existing in the development of enterprises. To improve the competitiveness of enterprises is an important issue for managers to consider. The successful application of information technology in the management of all kinds of airports has made it possible for the Inner Mongolia Airport Group to solve these problems. To this end, Inner Mongolia Airport Group began to implement the SAP system at Hohhot Airport on November 2006. On October 2007, the SAP system was launched at Baotou Airport, Hulunbeir Airport and other 6 other regional airports. Alshan Airport and Bayannur Airport also use SAP system. This paper studies the financial management module of SAP system in Inner Mongolia Airport Group. From the general situation of Inner Mongolia Airport Group and the general situation of SAP system, the financial management module of SAP system is described in detail in various aspects, such as the development status quo of Inner Mongolia Airport Group, etc. The application of SAP system financial management module in Inner Mongolia Airport is the focus of this paper. Through the detailed elaboration of SAP system, we hope to provide experience for other regional airports to implement SAP system.
