【摘要】：在遼寧沿海港口中,背靠東北的大連港與營(yíng)口港作為集裝箱進(jìn)出口的重要通道,兩港間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來越激烈。大連港作為傳統(tǒng)的集裝箱大港,擁有先進(jìn)的管理水平和高效的運(yùn)作體系,其港口基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)備也都較為發(fā)達(dá)；營(yíng)口港依托其優(yōu)勢(shì)的地理位置,集裝箱集疏運(yùn)費(fèi)用較低,總體成本較低。誠然,大連港與營(yíng)口港合理的、適度的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),可以促進(jìn)兩港降低操作成本,提高集裝箱運(yùn)作的效率及兩港的集裝箱業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)水平。但是港口之間一旦形成過度競(jìng)爭(zhēng),就會(huì)造成港口過度建設(shè),兩港惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及難以形成規(guī)模效益等危害。因此,研究大連港與營(yíng)口港集裝箱的競(jìng)合發(fā)展,找出影響兩港發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性因素,論證港口競(jìng)合發(fā)展的可行性,尋找兩港集裝箱競(jìng)合發(fā)展的途徑,具有重要的意義。 本文以大連港與營(yíng)口港博弈為基礎(chǔ),以大連港和營(yíng)口港集裝箱競(jìng)合發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合大連港和營(yíng)口港集裝箱發(fā)展的具體情況,首先,分析并總結(jié)了集裝箱港口的出現(xiàn)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)集裝箱港口競(jìng)合發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析；其次,分析了大連港與營(yíng)口港集裝箱競(jìng)合發(fā)展的必要性與可行性,通過總結(jié)兩港的發(fā)展及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)現(xiàn)狀,分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)所產(chǎn)生的問題,提出了集裝箱競(jìng)合發(fā)展的必要性,然后通過理論分析與模型論證得出集裝箱競(jìng)合發(fā)展的可行性；再次,分析了影響港口集裝箱發(fā)展的五大因素,選定評(píng)價(jià)集裝箱港口發(fā)展的指標(biāo),通過查閱兩港“十一五”期間集裝箱發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用主成分分析法,分析影響集裝箱港口發(fā)展的重要因素,進(jìn)而找到兩港集裝箱競(jìng)合發(fā)展的方向；最后,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果得出在集裝箱競(jìng)合發(fā)展中,大連港與營(yíng)口港各自的戰(zhàn)略定位,并提出集裝箱競(jìng)合發(fā)展的策略。
[Abstract]:In the coastal ports of Liaoning Province, the Dalian Port and Yingkou Port, backed by the northeast, are regarded as important channels for container import and export, and the competition between the two ports is becoming more and more fierce. With advanced management level and efficient operation system, its port infrastructure facilities are also relatively developed; Yingkou Port relies on its advantageous geographical location, container transportation costs are lower, and overall costs are lower. Reasonable and moderate competition between Dalian Port and Yingkou Port can promote the two ports to reduce operating costs, improve the efficiency of container operation and the level of container service between the two ports. However, once there is excessive competition between ports, This will lead to excessive port construction, vicious competition between the two ports, and difficulties in forming economies of scale. Therefore, the paper studies the development of containers in Dalian Port and Yingkou Port, and finds out the key factors that affect the development of the two ports. It is of great significance to demonstrate the feasibility of port concurrence development and to find the way of container development. Based on the game between Dalian Port and Yingkou Port, this paper takes the container development of Dalian Port and Yingkou Port as the research object, combined with the specific situation of Dalian Port and Yingkou Port container development, first of all, This paper analyzes and summarizes the emergence and development trend of container port, analyzes the development of container port concurrence. Secondly, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of container cooperation development between Dalian Port and Yingkou Port. Through summing up the development of the two ports and the current situation of competition, analyzing the problems arising from the competition, putting forward the necessity of container competing development, and then through theoretical analysis and model demonstration to get the feasibility of container competing development; third, This paper analyzes the five factors that affect the container development of the port, selects the indicators to evaluate the development of the container port, and through consulting the container development data of the two ports during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, applies the principal component analysis method. This paper analyzes the important factors that affect the development of container ports, and then finds out the direction of the development of container concurrence between the two ports. Finally, according to the analysis results, the strategic positioning of Dalian Port and Yingkou Port are obtained. And put forward the strategy of container concurrence development.
