【摘要】：關(guān)于國際航運(yùn)中心以及航運(yùn)金融的理論探討和實踐,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者己廣泛地開展了研究,并取得了豐碩的成果。本文在簡要回顧上述成果的基礎(chǔ)上,概要總結(jié)了我們可以借鑒的經(jīng)驗及啟示,以期為青島航運(yùn)中心及其航運(yùn)金融服務(wù)的建設(shè)提供有用的參考。 論文梳理了航運(yùn)金融的概念與內(nèi)涵、機(jī)理與功能,總結(jié)了航運(yùn)金融的服務(wù)體系的形成、特點和發(fā)展趨勢。結(jié)合我國提出的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)原則,回顧和分析了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)宏觀調(diào)控政策的運(yùn)用及其對航運(yùn)金融的影響,關(guān)于商業(yè)銀行如何應(yīng)對,提出了相應(yīng)的五條建議。 對國內(nèi)外重要的國際航運(yùn)中心及其航運(yùn)金融發(fā)展的歷程和概況進(jìn)行了梳理與分析。指出：航運(yùn)國際化以及航運(yùn)金融化的發(fā)展趨勢越來越顯著；在國際航運(yùn)中心形成過程中,政府的強(qiáng)力支持和航運(yùn)金融的相輔相成,起了不可替代的催化作用。在我國建設(shè)國際航運(yùn)中心的進(jìn)程中,是值得重視、積極借鑒和大力推進(jìn)的。 應(yīng)用SWOT分析對青島航運(yùn)中心及航運(yùn)金融服務(wù)建設(shè)的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了研究。深入分析了青島的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅,在SWOT分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對青島港及其金融服務(wù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)、定位、路徑和策略進(jìn)行了研究。指出青島港航業(yè)有明顯的優(yōu)勢,又可充分利用山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)的歷史機(jī)遇,應(yīng)該首選SO戰(zhàn)略組合,但青島航運(yùn)金融服務(wù)的差距也是明顯的,因而應(yīng)該大力加強(qiáng)航運(yùn)金融服務(wù)的建設(shè)。 基于青島港航企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)和發(fā)展態(tài)勢,對金融服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計進(jìn)行了探討,給出了設(shè)計的目標(biāo)、策略選擇和實施方式。目標(biāo)是通過資金供給、資金引導(dǎo)和信息催化,使航運(yùn)業(yè)實現(xiàn)資源、資產(chǎn)和未來價值三者的資本化,進(jìn)而推動航運(yùn)業(yè)的更大發(fā)展。針對港航發(fā)展的不同階段則應(yīng)采取靈活多變的產(chǎn)品策略,多元融資、資產(chǎn)管理和供應(yīng)鏈金融是其主要實施方式。 以青島港航企業(yè)為服務(wù)對象,探討了在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和經(jīng)濟(jì)金融化時代的航運(yùn)金融服務(wù)的新思路、新模式的方案設(shè)計與具體實施。BC銀行對青島港航企業(yè)金融服務(wù)的四個項目融資案例,面對國家信貸調(diào)控的現(xiàn)實大背景,突破了航運(yùn)金融企業(yè)與金融業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)合作方式,大膽探索了銀信合作、資產(chǎn)管理和直接融資等新路徑,實現(xiàn)了銀企共贏。電子化無現(xiàn)金支付平臺的建設(shè)方案,嘗試電子平臺合作的新形式,提高了電子化水平,實現(xiàn)了安全、高效、低成本,全面提升了企業(yè)的綜合競爭力和市場口碑。
[Abstract]:About the international shipping center, shipping finance theory and practice, the domestic and foreign scholars have carried out extensive research, and achieved fruitful results. In this paper, a brief review of the results, summarize the experience and inspiration we can draw, provide a useful reference for the construction of Qingdao shipping center and shipping financial services.
This paper analyzes the concept and connotation of shipping finance, mechanism and function, summed up the formation of shipping finance service system, characteristics and development trend. According to the financial ecological environment construction principles proposed by China, reviewed and analyzed the use of macro-control policies of China's economy and its impact on shipping finance, commercial banks on how to deal with five, put forward the corresponding suggestions.
The history and situation of the international shipping center in and abroad and the development of shipping finance were sorted out and analyzed. It is pointed out that the internationalization of shipping and the development trend of shipping finance is more and more obvious; in the international shipping center in the formation process of the government's strong support and help of shippingfinance has played a catalytic role irreplaceable. In our country the construction of international shipping center in the process, is worthy of attention, and vigorously promote the positive reference.
Application of SWOT analysis of issues related to the Qingdao shipping center and shipping finance service construction were studied. The in-depth analysis of Qingdao's advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, on the basis of SWOT analysis, the development of Qingdao port and its financial services, localization, path and strategy are studied. It is pointed out that the Qingdao shipping industry has obvious the advantages, but also can make full use of the construction of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone of the historical opportunity, should be the preferred SO strategic combination, but the shipping finance service in Qingdao gap is obvious, so we should vigorously strengthen the construction of shipping finance service.
The realistic basis and development trend of Qingdao port enterprises based on the financial services product design is discussed, the design goal, strategy selection and implementation. The target is through the supply of funds, funds and information to guide the catalysis, make shipping resources, assets and future value of three of the capital, greater development and then promote the shipping industry. According to the differentstages of port development should adopt flexible product strategy, multi financing, asset management and supply chain finance is the main embodiment.
Taking Qingdao enterprises as the service object, explore new ideas in the economic globalization and the financial times of shipping finance service, the new mode of design and implementation of.BC bank financial services for shipping enterprises in Qingdao four project financing case, face the reality background of national credit control, shipping enterprises and financial breakthrough the traditional financial industry cooperation, the bold exploration of the bank letter of cooperation, the new path of asset management and direct financing, to achieve win-win situation between banks. Electronic cashless paymentplatform building programs, try new forms of electronic platform for cooperation, improve the electronic level, to achieve a safe, efficient, low cost, comprehensive promotion the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and market reputation.
