【摘要】：漁港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)是漁港建設(shè)的方向和功能拓展的有效載體。在美國(guó)、日本、韓國(guó)以及中國(guó)臺(tái)灣、浙江省,漁港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)已經(jīng)取得了一些成果。從各地經(jīng)驗(yàn)看,為推動(dòng)漁港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè),在政府管理層面,應(yīng)當(dāng)重視漁港投資、推動(dòng)漁港立法和加強(qiáng)漁港規(guī)劃等;在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理層面,應(yīng)充分將休閑觀光、加工制造和流通貿(mào)易等功能融入傳統(tǒng)的漁港功能;在理論支撐方面,應(yīng)發(fā)揮科研院所、漁業(yè)組織和行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)等機(jī)構(gòu)的智力支撐作用。
[Abstract]:The fishing port economic zone is an effective carrier for the direction and function expansion of the fishing port construction. In the United States, Japan, South Korea and China's Taiwan, Zhejiang Province, some achievements have been made in the construction of the fishing port economic zone. In order to promote the construction of the fishing port economic zone, at the level of government management, we should attach importance to the investment of fishing ports, promote the legislation on fishing ports and strengthen the planning of fishing ports, etc. In the level of operation and management, we should make full use of leisure and sightseeing. The functions of processing, manufacturing and circulation trade are integrated into the traditional function of fishing port, and the intellectual support function of scientific research institutes, fishery organizations and trade associations should be brought into play in the aspect of theoretical support.
