道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的逐步升級(jí),為滿足公眾多層次的需求,道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)紛紛確立了向現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。然而,隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代到來(lái),道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的層級(jí)組織在日益變幻的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中已逐漸暴露出其局限性,嚴(yán)重的阻礙了其轉(zhuǎn)型的進(jìn)程。在不斷提高道路運(yùn)輸能力的基礎(chǔ)上,只有以信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)為依托,與相關(guān)的企業(yè)組成網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織,才能快速提高道路運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)向現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型。 本文通過(guò)采用規(guī)范研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,分析道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的內(nèi)涵和特征。結(jié)合道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,從創(chuàng)新,流程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),文化三個(gè)角度分析,得出道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的必要性包括服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的需要、服務(wù)流程化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的需要和以顧客為導(dǎo)向的服務(wù)文化需要。通過(guò)分析道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò),得出構(gòu)建關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)是實(shí)現(xiàn)道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的主要途徑,提出了關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)是從核心層、文化層和輔助層三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行構(gòu)建。根據(jù)道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的特點(diǎn),提出從相容性、互補(bǔ)性和信譽(yù)度三個(gè)角度確定網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織合作伙伴選擇的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建了以相容性、互補(bǔ)性和信譽(yù)度為一級(jí)指標(biāo);企業(yè)文化、企業(yè)能力、經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況和企業(yè)聲譽(yù)等為二級(jí)指標(biāo);業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)聯(lián)度和信息集成程度等三級(jí)指標(biāo)的合作伙伴選擇指標(biāo)體系。通過(guò)層次分析分析法對(duì)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行權(quán)重的確定,得出一級(jí)指標(biāo)互補(bǔ)性,二級(jí)指標(biāo)企業(yè)能力、經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,三級(jí)指標(biāo)業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)聯(lián)度比重較高,是網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織選擇合作伙伴的重要指標(biāo)。采用模糊層次評(píng)價(jià)法構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織合作伙伴選擇的評(píng)價(jià)模型并對(duì)實(shí)際候選企業(yè)進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,得出較優(yōu)的選擇。結(jié)合相互信任的內(nèi)涵,,提出了從抵押機(jī)制、外部環(huán)境機(jī)制和內(nèi)部運(yùn)行保障機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信任機(jī)制的構(gòu)建。最后,通過(guò)實(shí)地考察,對(duì)新安客運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式、成員選擇和信任機(jī)制等資料進(jìn)行歸納整理,得出網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織是有利于提高新安客運(yùn)的道路運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平,拓展其服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
[Abstract]:With the further development of China's social economy and the gradual upgrading of consumption structure, road passenger transport enterprises have established the development strategy of transforming to modern service industry in order to meet the multi-level demand of the public. With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and information economy, the traditional hierarchical organization of road passenger transport enterprises has gradually exposed its limitations in the increasingly changing market environment. On the basis of continuously improving the capacity of road transportation, only by relying on information network and forming network organization with related enterprises, can the level of road transport service be improved rapidly. To realize the transition to modern service industry. By combining normative research with empirical research, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of road passenger transport enterprises' organization and networking. In combination with the actual situation of road passenger transport enterprises, this paper analyzes from the three angles of innovation, process and standards, and culture. The necessity of constructing network organization of road passenger transport enterprises includes the need of service innovation, the need of service flow and standardization and the need of customer-oriented service culture. It is concluded that building the relational network is the main way to realize the network organization of the road passenger transport enterprise, and it is put forward that the relationship network is constructed from three aspects: the core layer, the cultural layer and the auxiliary layer. According to the characteristics of the network organization of the road passenger transport enterprise, This paper puts forward the criteria for determining the selection of network organizations' partners from the three angles of compatibility, complementarity and reputation, and constructs the first class index of compatibility, complementarity and credibility, corporate culture, enterprise capability, and so on. Business status and corporate reputation are second class indicators, business association degree and information integration degree are three level indicators of partner selection index system. Through AHP to determine the weight of each index, it is concluded that the first level index is complementary to each other. The second level index enterprise ability, the management condition, the third level index business correlation degree proportion is high, It is an important index for network organizations to select partners. The evaluation model of network organization partner selection is constructed by using fuzzy hierarchy evaluation method and applied to the actual candidate enterprises, and a better choice is obtained by combining the connotation of mutual trust. The paper puts forward the construction of network trust mechanism of road passenger transport enterprise from the aspects of mortgage mechanism, external environment mechanism and internal operation guarantee mechanism, etc. Finally, through field investigation, the realization form of Xinan passenger transport network organization is put forward. The data of member selection and trust mechanism are summarized and sorted out. It is concluded that network organization is beneficial to improve the level of road transportation service and expand the service network of Xinan passenger transportation.
