【摘要】：我國鐵路大宗貨物運輸需求具有普遍性、多樣性、時間的不確定性、目的地的不均衡性、運輸方式的替代性等特點。鐵路大宗貨物運輸定價的主要影響因素是:運輸能力、市場需求、貨物運輸量、貨物運輸距離、客戶與貨物性質(zhì)、替代運輸價格等。針對當前我國鐵路大宗貨物運輸定價中存在的問題,建議通過試行差別定價、以成本核算加強運價監(jiān)管、提高鐵路運價透明度等措施加以解決,以完善我國鐵路大宗貨物運輸定價體系,有效提高鐵路大宗貨物運輸市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:The demand for railway bulk freight transportation in China has the characteristics of universality, diversity, uncertainty of time, unbalance of destination, substitution of transportation mode, etc. The main factors influencing the pricing of railway bulk freight transportation are: transport capacity, transportation capacity, and so on. Market demand, cargo transport volume, freight transport distance, customer and cargo nature, alternative transport price, etc. In view of the problems existing in the current pricing of large quantities of railway goods in China, it is suggested that differential pricing should be carried out on a trial basis. In order to perfect the pricing system of railway bulk freight transportation and effectively improve the competitiveness of railway bulk freight transportation market, we should strengthen the supervision of freight rate by cost accounting and improve the transparency of railway freight rate.
