【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟不斷發(fā)展,呈現(xiàn)出快速發(fā)展的勢頭。隨著企業(yè)發(fā)展變化,企業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟格局也在做調(diào)整,許多國家企業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)布局發(fā)生了巨大變化。經(jīng)濟快速增長,對企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略化調(diào)整的需求進一步加大,對企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究提出了新挑戰(zhàn)。在此背景下,世界各國對于企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的關(guān)注度日益提升,也促進了企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的不斷創(chuàng)新與多樣化發(fā)展。戰(zhàn)略是塑造未來的一種努力。對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展來說既是一門科學也是一門藝術(shù)。一方面需要給予人直覺地判斷,另一方面也需要綜合大量信息進行理性分析。同時戰(zhàn)略還需要通過思考將內(nèi)外部資源與能力進行協(xié)調(diào),從而達成可執(zhí)行的行動計劃。戰(zhàn)略對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的意義不言而喻,本人結(jié)合工作實際獲取了論文研究所需的第一手信息和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料。企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的正確與否決定了企業(yè)的成敗。企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略能夠幫助企業(yè)實現(xiàn)階段性的進步,解決階段性的問題,只有科學的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略才能使得企業(yè)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文的研究主題是天津港輪駁有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,其意義在于,國內(nèi)目前的研究多集中于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究,本文選擇了天津港輪駁有限公司的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為研究目標,以案例研究的形式展開研究,進一步為這一方面的研究做了資料補充。論文的行文思路如下：第一部分是本文的寫作背景、研究意義、寫作思路以及論文的主要研究內(nèi)容；第二部分是論文的理論基礎(chǔ),包括戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略管理的概念界定等；第三部分寫的是天津港輪駁有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)狀,通過研究分析出目前發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略存在的問題及原因等；第四部分寫的是公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的SWOT分析；第五部分設(shè)計出天津港輪駁有限公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略；第六部分提出公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的保障措施。文章的最后對全文進行總結(jié)并對未來研究提出展望。
[Abstract]:The development of world economy, showing a momentum of rapid development. With the development and change of enterprises, the development of enterprises in economic structure adjustment, great changes have taken place in many countries enterprise development of economic structure and industrial layout. The rapid growth of economy, the enterprise development strategy adjustment needs to further increase, puts forward new challenges to the research and development strategy enterprise. Under this background, the countries all over the world for the study on enterprises' development strategy the increasing degree of attention, but also to promote the continuous innovation and diversified development of enterprise development strategies. Strategy is to build a kind of effort in the future. The economic development is both a science and an art. On the one hand to give human intuition, the other on the one hand, a large amount of information also need a comprehensive rational analysis. At the same time also need to think strategy will coordinate internal and external resources and capabilities, so as to achieve the executable The plan of action. It is self-evident strategic significance to economic development, combined with actual work to obtain the required first-hand information and relevant data. Enterprise development strategy is correct or not determines the success or failure of the enterprise. The enterprise development strategy to help enterprises achieve the stage of progress, solve the problems only. The scientific development strategy of the enterprise can make the enterprise to achieve sustainable development. The theme of this thesis is the development strategy of Tianjin port and barge Co., its significance lies in that the current domestic researches focus on enterprise strategy research, this paper selects enterprise development strategy of Tianjin port and barge Co. Ltd. as the research target, with the form of case study study further supplement for the research on this aspect. The idea of this paper are as follows: the first part is the background, research meaning Meaning, main research contents and thesis writing ideas; the second part is the theoretical foundation of the thesis, including strategy, the definition of the concept of strategic management; the third part is the Tianjin port barge Co. Ltd. development strategy of the status quo, through research and analysis of the current development strategy of the existing problems and causes; the fourth part is the analysis of the internal and external environment of SWOT; the fifth part designs the development strategy of Tianjin port and barge company; safeguard measures the sixth part puts forward the development strategy of the company. At the end of this article to summarize and put forward the prospects for future research.
